  1. Nope, I have 3 pending. None of them had the same processing time. They were all filed the same day and are approx 3.5 months different. One timed out end of June, taking longer than expected, the next one timed out mid August taking longer than expected and the last one shows 3 weeks. It seems by everything I see it's 11-12 mo. Yeah, and that's not 80% either. I have no idea the trigger for processing time, I suspect it's trying to merge the old and new system and it's just all out of whack. No idea really.
  2. Yeah, there is absolutely no excuse for it. I hope you get something soon!
  3. I guess putting the names of the other applicants on the 130 is sort of pointless. Have to love government efficiency. Thanks for the info.
  4. Ah, that be it, I read it somewhere, maybe it was NVC.
  5. Not really, we like living in the Philippines. It’s been 10 years and it’s just time to transition for the kids to have better opportunities. Everyone’s situation is different.
  6. All at Nebraska. Doesn’t matter to me about holding. Just the point t assigned dates are random without any type of reasoning.
  7. Since both I-130’s list the other applicant they will be put together. I’ve the same situation. 4 mo, 3 mo and 4 wks.
  8. The processing time Is a joke. I have 3 filed for my wife and kids. Filed 5 Jan 4 Mo Filed 6 Jan 3 Mo Filed 6 Jan 4 Wks The 6 Jan’s were literally filed 1 hr apart. We’re in no hurry however people put a lot of faith in the processing date and they shouldn’t.
  9. Just seen this thread. No questions, just where I’m at. Filed I-130’s for wife and two sons Jan 5 and 6. No status change, Nebraska Service Center. As of today the processing times are 7 mo, 8 mo and 10 mo. Seems like the timelines are totally bogus. I have no idea. Just waiting.
