  1. Never did. All turned IR1/2 at the 2 yr mark and moving along.
  2. Hello, Just an inquiry to see if anyone knows why one step child would show IR2 (17 yr old if that matters) and my wife and other child are showing CR1 and CR2 respectively. We will not have been married 2 years until May 12 of this year.
  3. Hello, Our package is still at NVC, our mailing address and permanent address has changed. Do I need to update the DS-260 to reflect the change? If so can I just go back into the DS-260 in CEAC and change it or is there another procedure? Thank you for any advice!
  4. No interview to date. I’m updating timeline today. What NVC is doing is totally incomprehensible. Let me get the timeline updated and I’ll comeback and share the messages with you. My best guess is that the folks reviewing the application just have a checklist and it tells them to look at a certain income line. Meets/or doesn’t meet and move on.
  5. Unfortunately in the Philippines DQ to Interview is about 11 months for IR/CR. It’s all dependent on your location.
  6. Here's the wording, the I-864 showed plenty of income. Also I had not uploaded any current income, I've done that now along with the 2023 Tax Transcript that was just put out. One of my son's has been Documentary Qualified even with the email below. Thanks for the help, truly appreciate it. The income reported as stated on form I-864, I-864A is insufficient to overcome the public charge grounds of inadmissibility for visa issuance. To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit of Support Form I-864 from a joint sponsor may be submitted. For more information visit https://nvc.state.gov/aos and https://www.uscis.gov/i-864p. A consular officer will decide if you meet these requirements at the time of the interview. Note: You, as the sponsor, and any other sponsors household members and joint sponsors, must provide updated or additional evidence for the applicant to present at the time of their interview such as: * Other income * Assets * Proof of current employment Note: You submitted documentation to the National Visa Center through the Consular Electronic Application Center CEAC. You can continue to upload documents to CEAC up until the date of your visa interview.
  7. Employed and draw retirement. I submitted both 1099 and W2 for last yrs compensation 193k. The transcript you must go to page 2 and 3 to see the total compensation. Taxes were filed a few weeks ago so I’ll submit the transcript for ‘23. I honestly don’t think they know how to read the transcripts.
  8. When I filed the I-864 and 3 yrs tax transcripts '20, '21, 22' and '23 W2's (taxes not filed yet) NVC accepted but said I needed additional sponsor. My income for 2020 1.9 times required income, 2021 2.6 times, 2022 and 2023 5 times the required income for a family of 4. I'm not understanding the problem. Anyone else have this issue?
  9. Doesn’t sound promising for us. Kind of just planning a 1 year wait. Good luck, following.
  10. NVC Notice of Immigrant Visa Case Creation received Dec 11 for 2 of the 3 cases.
  11. I-130 for wife and two sons approve 11 months. Jan 5 to Dec 4.
  12. Maiden name isn't an issue.

  13. There is no logical order. I filed for my wife and 2 kids at the same time and the numbers are 909, 917, 972. 2 kids have been “taking longer than usual for 4 and 5 mo. The wife’s was 2 weeks in Aug and jumped to 3 mo. Now it’s down to a week. Random, I don’t know. If there’s some logical sequence, no one seems to know. I have my suspicions but zero evidence so I just keep it to myself. From different sources I watch 11 mo +- 2 weeks is common. I don’t bother with it much, nothing I can do but wait. Check here about once a month. Look at that hilites (don’t look at the # look at filing date) and just read others posts here and there.
  14. NOA 1- 6 Jan 23 Son- Taking longer than expected 5 mo. Son- Taking longer than expected 4 mo Wife- 1 week to go 🤷🏻‍♂️ Anyone else have any good news?
  15. Processing time has been at 2 months, for 2 months. 🤷🏻‍♂️
  16. I have two in the taking longer than usual and one that jumped from 1 week to 3 mo. That said 3 mo would be about where most people are getting approved at 11 mo. I’m not sure about it so we just live on.
