  1. I agree, but if this is the case we should start seeing a flux of 2022 approvals and we have not seen much ......
  2. YSC is a mess and sadly I am there too. I filed in november 2022 ......
  3. I am in Potomac. Probbaly another 3 years unyil I get biometrics
  4. What is weird is the dude is giving advice to others so that they'll get approved in a month or so (did not watch the video till the end so I could be mistaken). Anyhow I hope we'd end up feeling content and happy this process will end for us and sooner or later we'd have the condition removed.
  5. The "risk" for I751 IMO is more aabout countries with historical higher fraud than security risks. The security risk would have made more sense for I485 if that is what you were referring to. Not sure Pakistan has high marriage fraud rates in the U.S
  6. Wrong. The times are based on 80% of applicants, since we are getting a few posts here and there of people getting approved faster you can argue that the agency is picking up newer cases with risk based approach or whatever, but doing random cases fast while the majority is waiting 12+ months is NOT how you improve the processing times if it's based on 80% and not the average.
  7. Hopefully that brings more attention and resources to the center. I am in Potomac too
  8. I haven't had any updates, but I am in Potomac which is taking forever.
  9. Perhaps, but DC is not a great office for processing N400's either. That being said EAD's and I485's seem to be getting processed way faster than previously, maybe USCIS will start with I751's too .
  10. I got assigned Potomac (YSC), Pretty much the slowest center in the nation
  11. Damn, I still have not received my text, it has been 9 days. (Submitted last week)
  12. I still have not received my text and it has been 8 days since it was delivered.
  13. I agree on the biometrics, but in reality it can be reused. While having a baby is a good sign I think K1 has nothing to do with the processing time. As for them joining a few minutes ago I have no idea why would someone make these stuff up (I do get people are different tho )
  14. Could be 3 scenarios: The post is not true, either a glitch in USCIS website, user putting their info in VJ or something simillar. USCIS randomly picks cases to process really fast (highly unlikely) They have started the actual "risk based approach" but not with the older cases, it's easier to implement the approach with newer cases then to reintroduce older cases to the system. I have seen a few 2022 people getting approved so I think it may make sense. We just have to wait and see if the trend does continue or not. As a side note obviously having a baby is probably the strongest evidence of a good faith marriage but I don't think it miracalously speeds things up. Any couple with joint financial ties and tax returns also have strong evidence, so we shall wait and see.......
