High school sweethearts that met when I was 16 and she was 17. Dated for a number of years as adolescents until it came time for me to go onto college and she decided she wanted to move back to her birth country, Australia. She previously had a green card but it expired well past the date while she has been living in Australia. We reconnected in our young 20's and eventually got married in our mid-20s. Now, we're starting the journey of getting her back to the U.S. so we can be together.
