She can divorce you as easily as you can divorce her. You can't stop a divorce. My divorce was final in December 1998 but we are still in court fighting over things as of this month.
She can file for divorce and file to ROC with the waiver. If the divorce is not completed by the time she files she can request an extension by showing the filing of the paperwork with the court.
She could also claim VAWA as you are using her immigration status to blackmail her into agreeing to your terms on the divorce.
You cannot stop her ROC and you cannot get out of the I-864.
Stop worrying about her immigration status and get your life together.
And just because she may be in another country she still has the right to contest the division of the property and ask for spousal support. Don't think getting her out of the US will protect you in the divorce. Or if she stays and is not in status nothing will happen in divorce court, immigration isn't going to show up and arrest her, even if they do she can still contest the divorce from jail.

There is no reason to provoke, to record, to keep calling the police (unless real violence happens), to discuss thing, to photograph. He needs to pack his things, find his own place, and file for divorce. During the divorce proceedings you can have your attorney ask her for copies of joint things such as bank account statements, insurance, etc. if you are unable to obtain them yourself. She obviously, from what you have written, has issues and you can either remain in the relationship and risk your physical well-being and your freedom or you can choose to leave the situation.

They qualified for Obamacare the minute they landed stateside (became LPRs). If their income was too high then they did not qualify for the subsidy but they still could have purchased insurance through the marketplace.
They chose to not have insurance. Now the money they would have spent on premiums should be used to pay the medical bills.

You need to be asking your/his attorney some very direct questions. How does he plan on your spouse obtaining citizenship when he doesn't even have a green card. How does he plan on getting him a green card. What is he going to file to try to keep your spouse from being deported. These are things you need to be discussing with the attorney.

You have no grounds to file an "abuse waiver" as he never abused you. This is why he left the house....to prevent you from falsely filing an abuse waiver.
You don't have enough evidence to file to remove conditions since you never really lived with him.
You need to return home. You will get nothing from the divorce except removed from the home. You will get no money. The only property you will get is what you brought with you or bought with your money. You have no way to remove the conditions on your green card. You need to go home.

As a sibling a hardship waiver is not available. She will be scheduled for an interview when her priority date is current in whatever country you list (usually her home country). As soon as she exits the U.S. she will have a 10 year ban from returning. No sibling waiver is available.
Is there a U.S. citizen parent or a U.S. citizen child 21 or older who could petition for her?

First the uncle marries your sister then leaves her. Now the nephew wants to marry you and bring his niece (daughter of the scum bag uncle who left your sister) with him. Step back and look at what I just wrote and read your other topics. Then come back and tell me if you see fraud written on the wall.

nope, you cannot let them know it was "mistake" not sure how it could be an accident when you have to present letters of intent to marry and many other things proving you are not married.. Did they get you on a misrepresentation for lying? If so there is no overcoming material misrepresentation and there is a lifetime ban
If there is no misrep you have to start all over from the beginning with a cr1 visa

No, you should not work illegally. Do you really need to ask? You just got to the US and want to start breaking the laws already? No one on this forum is going to advise you to go against the US laws. Wait for the EAD like everyone else. If you wanted to start working right away, then you should not have gone through the K-1 visa process. You should have married first and then entered with a spousal visa instead. This is how it works with a K-1 non-immigrant visa entry.
