I uploaded my pay stubs to show wage garnishments as well as I uploaded the child support portal payment received screenshots as well. I believe that covers what is needed in Page 22. Correct me if I am wrong. Additionally I have uploaded the court order as well which mentions that I have to pay $100/ month for the arrears. I am just not sure if they decline citizenship if you have arrears on child support but still making all the payments as part of the court order. Thoughts?

Hi All, One question - I have recently filed N400 application online. In my child support order I have arrears of $6k as the judge backdated the order by a few months as the other party had filed 6 months ago and the court dates were pretty backlogged. As per the court order I should pay $100/ month to keep covering up for the arrears along with paying the monthly amount - I have been doing both. I recently had a second court date as I had lost my job a few months ago but got another one later one so a new court order was issued. So while there are arrears, the court hasn't directed me to pay the entire amount (even on the second court hearing). Should I be worried about these arrears? What are your thoughts on this?

No Tickets of any kind, no misconduct, no arrest, paid taxes on time, paying child support on time. Hi All, I am divorced paying child support for my daughter as wage garnishments. I have uploaded my pay stubs and state agency's portal details that I am paying child support regularly while filing for N400 online application. I have a couple of questions - Should I also attach the court order now using the unsolicited evidence link? For good moral character, has anyone uploaded any affidavit from neighbors or friends/family? If yes, is there a template someone could share that worked?
