Someone already has approved and the judge asks to file another one with him what an absurd … I wish you will find a way to terminate your removal and get your done 485 quickly .. 🙏🙏🙏 I will attach here my court letter on there some ink by judge was ordering what we should do . The judge was not receipt any my I-360 receipt that time my attorney was telling I will send it to your honor .. etc and judge said we can’t deport this guy on going situation in his country so next hearing I want to see these I-485 or I-360 to terminate his removal . After hearing even my attorney told me that when we will get approved we will present it to judge and ask termination and then we will submit I-485 in court but now wait wit wait .. even no receipt judge administratively closed my removal .

2019 September i submitted I-360 and I got approved around 31 months later and I submitted my i-485 2023 march . Still waiting for it but I didn’t terminate my removal it was only administratively closed by judge . I’m trying to overcome for recent situation because my I-485 is jumping between centers .

I didn’t get that part he said “if the government is willing “ how we gonna know that if we didn’t submit anything or without contacting to judge .. he is basically saying wait till your file is approved by uscis . If no jurisdiction on my case by uscis how I’m gonna go forward. .

The most recent response from my lawyer. So even he admitted that. I-360 qualifies for termination. The I-360 approval should qualify, but we will see if the government is willing to, it is up to them. We can always file the I-131 while the I-485 is pending and since a decision would not arrive for some time, it may be best to do it now rather than later. 1k for I-131 🤣 I will do it without them.

Most attorneys are trying to get a RFE and charge clients $1200. I have seen that so much. Therefore, make sure your evidence and documents are collected correctly, and always ask them what they sent on behalf of you. If USCIS will ask in RFE what you sent, then don’t pay them extra .

What a magnificent lawyer you have my friend .. my attorney likes to wait …. Wait , next step again wait .. they already got 3 client of me and I am not priority still just wait .. I got my approval 360 how let me tell you that , I asked them can you guys send me please my submitted documents and they emailed me . I checked and i had seeing some documents are missing , I’m surely know these documents I was giving to them. Anyway I gathered everything and with my i360 receipt I sent uscis again…less and more 1 month I got approved .. I did not say anything about it and they even did not know I sent by myself some additional documents . I said it’s ok eventually I got approval but it should not be that long .. I have friend who got approved in 1 year now got citizenship. I’m still waiting … I don’t want to argue with someone especially someone who handling my file . But really annoying so much hurts a lot .

So you are strongly telling me to push this attorney to file a motion of termination to court . . I’m nicely emailing to them , they are not late for answering me but all answers are containing wait wait wait …. it’s my last email to them….( yesterday ) It’s just an additional question , so I-360 doesn’t qualify for a terminated removal proceeding with itself, right? I don’t want them to throw away my file . It is really bouncing from center to center . I also want to apply for I-131 but without termination. I really want to see my removal done before traveling .It has been a long time . Whoever started the same as me already got citizenship.

I will definitely consult some other lawyers. I will post here, what they will tell me . Thank you for your help I will push them to do it . I also have seen here some members got terminated their removal with Vawa approvals notice . I might have done if they asked to terminate my removal with approval notice. I paid them fully so they are trying to creat another paths to get more money I guess .

Hi again , it was initially submitted to TX Irwin and we got rejected from there but I found also expired form on my file ,after that th attorney called me and she said we are going to send it to another office. Which was nebraska . They rejected cuz of no active hearing I believe so . I don’t know if I’m going to get approved it will be really luck .

If uscis won’t jurisdiction on my file then why my case is moving from right to left and left to right ?

I have no asylum case , I have removal from not showing up at the interview because marriage was already under threatening situations so I decided to go with Vawa instead of going to interview with danger person. Then I gathered all documents and submitted as we called it Vawa then while Vawa pending I went a time court and judge administratively closed my removal case and wait Vawa approve . I got Vawa approved but now I’m waiting I-485 approve this makes me confused .

Nope I have not consulted with any other attorneys yet . I know they have some Vawa case also this attorney is immigration lawyer and has some more attorney in her law group.I don’t know what she has in her mind I always need to correct them to be honest . I found they sent expired form , I found Vawa missing documents which I sent and I got approved right away after little while but I paid I don’t want any other cost adding on my file . Problem is practicing assistants are unknown at least 6 attorneys in this law group and all of them immigration attorneys if they still making mistake really shame on them .

But my attorney told me when we will get approval notice for I- 485 then we will ask to terminate to my removal proceeding. She submitted to uscis instead of court because they’re so fast what they told me . My removal actually administratively closed . I was think I can also terminate with Vawa approval notice but they didn’t try that way. It’s so confusing me I am simple waiting .

I have not sent any medical exam .are they gonna waive the interview without asking medical in some cases still? I have work permit under Vawa expire till 10/24/2024 . It’s c31 . I have also removal proceeding which is administratively closed . I really want my journey done with successfully but waiting makes me so tired and anxieties.

I have never given any medical exam after I came usa before usa yes I had medical for k1 vsa. I hope something good will come 🙏🙏🙏

Hello folk my case from Nebraska to nation benefit center . two time same update I really don’t understand what’s going on with my case. Vawa was more cool. Anyone same issue had or having like me please write your experiences so we can see thank you . It shows lawfully next update must be fingerprint 63% or rfe 16% . What should I expect ?

New update on today it says “case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction “ again. I am seeing that update two times already ..it’s interesting really.

I didn’t send any medical . I’m also thinking that maybe they will ask medical on rfe but I don’t know .

Hello folks I just got another update for my I-485 I submitted my 485 after got approved by 360 so please give me some info about my last update . Case was received mar (06 2023) case transferred to another office (April 28 2023) Case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction ( May 01 2023) Case was updated to show fingerprints were taken ( Jun 20 2023) case transferred to another office ( aug 23 2023) Also I have I-765 113 days after last update still says case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction what should I expect ? Hello folks my 485 and 765 shows on the app that “case was transferred and a new office has jurisdiction 30 days ago what should I expect ? My Vawa got approved on October 6 2022 but I submitted my 485,765 about 3 months ago received.

I have also a question for you if you don’t mind . My Vawa got approved and I also submitted my I-485 with I-765 exact day 52 days is saying on my app they received my file. I paid fee also for 485, (C-09) but I’m just wondering they didn’t submit advance parole (I-131) even though assistant asked me about it . I am scary to ask about it because whatever I asked they also asking about their cost to pay if I wished to submit . Can I file it by myself without telling attorney . Because before my Vawa got approved , I sent evidence separately not telling anything to my attorney.( cuz when I asked what document they submitted for me , i checked some of my documents are missed ) I don’t know they do that purposely to get RFE because I got RFE as well that time .if I will file it , will something happens?
