Wow that’s crazy,  They are giving highest priority to US citizens petitions , they are ignoring f2a.because you were DQ in April, 2020 and still you have not received your interview. So it’s not in queue order, it’s disorder, is the state department is lying!!!

actually  it's not department  of states it's our consulat. 😡😡

hopefully  we hear somthing good soon

It’s getting out of control now, it’s really not so good what the state department is doing. First of all Their tiered approach to Visas is really unfair. Yea the department said they will keep sending these 120 days, 60 days notices emails repeatedly to people until they get their interview appointments. I hope you, we hear something good in coming weeks.

yeah I called the NVC last week they told me they sending  interviews twice a month.

the weard think  is last month here in Morocco they skip march April may June   and they send to who ever got DQ in July  and August .

I don't really know how they working.

Nothing, 😑 I have been waiting for an interview for almost 11 months now,

The NVC had sent me 120 days notice to wait I got this email on 3rd/March/2021 .” The next communication you receive from NVC will be either a notice that your appointment is scheduled, or if an appointment is not scheduled within the next 120 days, we will send a notice confirming that your case is still in line for an interview “

I had received  the same email with only 60 days. in march 5th

and now on facebook group some people  they receive the 2nd one.

hopefully  will hear  something  this week.

    Thank you 😊

You are protected by cspa..I hope you receive your interview and get your visa soon.

    All the best.

sadly  I contact a  lowyer  in USA. I want to make sure that what you guys said is correct  especially  that  with the information  from the website  its only make us lost more then we  are .

    so the lowyer  said.

in the date on the interview  the officer  substruct the time that the I130  stays  in the uscis ""from apply  to aproved "" from the age of the applicant.

if it's still under 21 he is fine if not his category  will change 😥😥

Well I don’t know where you’ve been reading,  I even gave you the official manual which says that, if that’s not good enough for you then I’m not sure what is.

If you use the tool properly you don’t get confused. I use that tool all the time. It does not ask an important question, which is when you submitted DS260. So you are misinterpreting it because it does not ask a “seek to acquire” date.

okay I got you point we are talking I a completely  different  category

my mom is not Citizen she only greencard  holder

the age is froze for children  of a us citizen  but for creon card holder  are not :((

I was happy  for a second   but thank you  for ur information

    Hello ALL,

as I am going through NVC- AOS and Submitting Civil docs, I have 3 not so simple questions. First I hope you all  dont mind me asking  this way. I hope am not bothering you.

    questions:

mom's employment has the biggest issue ( since she is the petitioner) am dealing with. she had a part time. the job is very slow. In fact she has worked for a month or so. so we have to find new job for her and it is proving to be difficult. we filled the F2-A  visa application is AZ. I am thinking sending my mom to NC( near my aunt)for employment opportunity since we are in time sensitive .my quesion is : moving to diffierent state in the middle of the NVC process for employment purposes, is it ok? would you recommend it? and more importanly how would I notify NVC about the address change? ASKNVC, NVC INQUIRY?- long question- I am sorry.

    -

if the worst case were to happen( mom cant find job )would I be able to send ONLY my joint sponser AOS. is that enough? could it cause more problems? or I should push for mom's employment?-

    -

    lastly ,

what form I-864 to fill out for affidavit of Support. - is this only form? I-864Z is simpler?-

small detail : I am the joint sponsor of 3 youngesters. I have good income and I if I get passed this very complicated part of the NVC, I wanna push for expedited interview- suggestions are always welcome. I am gratefull to YOU.

by the way... I just noticed .. NVC has gone paperless.  everything has to be submitted online- good but totally NEW- god help me.

    THANK YOU.

Sines ur mom going to have a joint sponsor so dont  have to have a job. Since your the one who going to sponser have  to  file a i864 for your mom and i864a for you .

Ur mom dont matter for her if she is working or not.  Because  her incom will not be enough any way

I know the computation. Question is, it was approved but uscis and nvc has conflict. Uscis said they sent it to nvc but nvc said they receive nothing. If you will based it to cspa calculator it will depend on uscis approval date. Are they going to deduct the delay on me or with them?

Yeah now you still playing in ur 9 months

And the day that nvc received your case they add another 12 month to process  the case.

    Dont worry you still coverd

That doesn't work at all. A Congress person, or anybody else for that matter, can not have any influence over a CO's decision.

When the mother accepted her green card, she agreed to the physical requirements of being in the US, it doesn't matter what her situation with her son was. If she didn't want to leave her son behind and live in another country, then she should've have become a permanent resident of the US. People need to understand that they can't have it both ways.

    No that's not right

I know what I am saying  not just saying it.

Because my auntie spend only one month in here USA every year and she bring a doctor notice saying that her health isn't that good

And that her kids are in the country and she cant stay away from theme  and  she only wait for them to come to USA to leave there.

Than they approve there cases after one week

    She has two kids BTW

The mother is currently in the USA. She returned to the US the same month the son had the interview (August).  The joint sponsor is her other son who is a US citizen with adequate income.

It is a domicile issue, but how do we prove it? We provided a bank statement, internet bills, credit card bills, medical bills and a letter from landlord stating that she is an occupant. We don't know how else to prove it.

Send a letter to ur Congress man telling him what happend and she can not stay here for ever because she need to be there for her son and ur dad than he will force them to move
