  1. I should note, I would also consider doing a CR1 visa instead in this case, too, as the processing times seem to be fairly similar, with added benefits. I am not sure what is more likely to be approved / denied based on my history. I so wish I hadnt filed previously, and that I had followed up, but I honestly didnt expect to consider doing this type of relationship again. Just never know I guess. But any help in who I should contact if anyone, and how to go about it, to make sure my future application if it comes, isnt denied, would be immensely helpful.
  2. Hello, So, long story short, like 6 years ago I filed an i-129f and got approved, it was sent to the consulate in Moscow. Shortly before that, the fiance called it off with me, and I just forgot all about it and tried to move on with life. Fast forward to today, and I have met someone that I am considering a future with (A much better choice, I might add, I have learned a bit hahaha). But now, I am worried that my previous petition is going to block a future one. What would I need to do at this point? Would they have already closed the case? Do i need to file anything additional if I filed a new i-129f? Thank you for your time and help.
