My wife and I were married in August of 2006. That is when we started the process of filing for a IR-1 visa. In January 2007, we had a beautiful baby girl. Now it is April 2007 and we are just waiting for the National Visa Center to forward our file the the embassy in Lima for the sceduling of our appointment. How long do these last few steps normally take? I am dying to get back to the US and start work again, but I can´t leave my family.
