    Hello house, Friday this week will make us 2 weeks here in the US. My husband only paid for the Green Card when we arrived. Is there any other thing we are expected to do or just wait till card arrived. Secondly, when do we expect to receive our Social Security Cards. The Immigration officer only stamped our visa on the passports, we weren't ask of any thing other than stamped on the visa. Please help. Thank you so much always.

    We didn't receive any letter from the embassy. There is a registration number on the visa though. Is that it.

    Thanks always. My husband works as employee and also have a business he runs as side. Both income makes 60k in 2022 but not up to in 2021 and 2020. He will continue to make 60k in 2023 or more. W2 for 2022 is 38k Just his own house and 401k Yes live in the USA and all income from USA

    I just got back from the interview, no much question, went smoothly but asked for a Joint Sponsor. My husband made 60k for 4 house. I don't understand why they need a Joint Sponsor. Here is the thing, we don't have anyone to ask to Joint Sponsor us. Can my husband write to the consulate know why they need a Joint Sponsor when he made 60k which is far above 125% for 4 Household

    Hello house Please some should help me clarify this. The Affidavit of Support we submitted was in 2021 with 2017, 2018, and 2019 taxes. My question; 1) Do a new Affidavit of Support for 2020, 2021, and 2022 and go with it to the embassy 2) Just go with the old Affidavit of Support with the new taxes for 2921 and 2022. The embassy only requested for 2021 and 2022 taxes and Affidavit of Support but not clear if is a new Affidavit they want. Thank you all.

    I am sorry for the questions always. Please just want to know if I can go ahead and upload my new police certificate, divorce degree and husband birth certificate before interview. I just got a new police certificate, though the old one will expire 2 days after my interview but I still went ahead to do a new one to be on a safer side. Though all these will still taking to the embassy. Thank you for your assistance always.

    Please one more thing..... do we need to upload the tax for 2019, 2020, and 2021 again at ceac site before interview or just leave it the way it was. Also what about DS260 form. Must I open it since I don't have any new information to fill in.

    Thank you. Then we can just go with the old tax for 2019, 2020, and 2021 since they are still valid until April 2023. Hope we are right

    Hello everyone, Please I need your help again. I got my letter for interview for March 27th, 2023 but my husband is not sure if his tax 1040 for 2022 will be ready before our interview but he has with him 1099 and W2 for 2022. My question, can i go to the interview with the w2 and 1099 that he already has with him or it must be completed. Also does my husband needs to fill a new i-864 form (affidavit of support) if we are taking the 1099 and w2. Thank you all for your support always.
