Need help on deciding whether to get K-1 or K-3 visa. Is the K-3 visa okay to apply for if my fiance' already has a valid tourist visa and can come anytime? Its legal to marry in California as long as she has valid visa and passport. Would there be any issues that we might face with K-3 and need to know about? Has anyone had any problems after being married with staying in USA?? help....so many questions...K-3 or K-1???
