    If Me, my spouse and son got F3 immigrant visa. should we travel together or can me and spouse travel to the states before our son? or we are obliged to enter the US together?

    We have interview soon for F3 All documents are uploaded in CEAC . we have all originals of our documents but we don’t have the sponsors documents as they are sensetive and can be downloaded from the portal. My question is do we have to show physical copy from documents uploaded by the joint sponsor and the petitioner, they include tax documents and affidavit of support

    Great news, last important advice about carrying original documents. our case is electronic and all sponsor documents are shared, should we carry sponsor’s documents with us, as you know his documents are sensitive to share it with us by email. on the other hand, all our original documents are with us

    Our interview is in next December, but she won’t be attending it. is there any way to file any petition or highlight her situation during the interview? I know F2b is also long waiting

    My dad filed F3 for me, it took 15 years till it is current, my older daughter aged out even after calculating her age using CSPA calculator. NVC reported that she is not eligible however the final decision will be made from consular at consulate. what can I do to include her in the immigration?

    So I should ask for activating my green card at the airport, and pay the fees. then I can travel outside USA after 3 weeks for example even before receiving my physical green card

    What is PoE? after activation, can I travel out of USA or it is not allowed till I receive the physical green card?

    Dears Our priority date is current since last July, still waiting for an interview appintment. Usually how long it takes to schedule interviews for F3? months or years? Thanks

    F3 petition filed on 31 December 2008 USCIS approval on June 2010 NVC approved all documents on 16 April 2021 Visa will become current on 31 December 2008

    My Grandson turned 21 after I filled his case (Filling date was April 2021, and all documents are approved on that date) He turned 21 in September 2021, I still see his name in CEAC, and all his documents are approved. Will his case be dropped? What shall I do Thanks

    We have filed application for my family since August 2020 on NVC electronic site. in April 2020 all documents were approved and we are documented qualified but unfortunately priority dates are stagnant my son will turn 21 next September 2022, though his documents were filed and approved on April 2021. will he loose his approved documents and we need to re apply for him? What should we do if he turn 21 before reaching priority date thanks
