Is there a way to edit a comment? I wanted to clarify that the visa my mother has IS expired.. I was under the impression they told me that it wouldnt expire until 2 days from now. Thank you. I honestly dont know where to go to to ask for help.

I apologize, my parents visa both expired December 13 2022. I honestly thought it was still valid. How it wouldve made it so much easier. Thank you for responding! And for the condolences..

So I'm writing this in behalf of my filipino 71yo mother who wants to attend her mother's funeral next week. Grandma died just this Christmas. My parents have an existing tourist visa thats expiring by the end of the year. So were processing the renewal but cannot seem to find a way to get it expedited. We just ended up with a confirmation that the waiver is completed, and an email that gives the instruction how she needs to submit all the necessary documents for the renewal to proceed. There is no scheduled interview. The fee is already paid, ds160 is already filled. Does anybody have any sound advice what to do, where to go, who to contact to ask for help so my mother can make it on time to attend her mother's funeral, please?
