I-129F Letters of Intent
JeanneAdil replied to Katnissmjy's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-1-part-b-chapter-2 The regulations do not require that the person signing submit an “original” or “wet ink” signature on a petition, application, or other request to USCIS. When determining whether a signature is acceptable, officers should review any applicable regulations, form instructions, and policy to ensure that the signature on a particular benefit request is proper. USCIS does not accept signatures created by a typewriter, word processor, stamp, auto-pen, or similar device. -
yeah, she can stay out of US and collect when he passes SS doen't make it easy and Sinagpore in not in tax treaty, so she is eligible for half of his SSA or SSI with 30& flat tax taken out . SS would also take out for medicare payments even though medicare is almost useless unless its an emergency/ it doesn't pay for things like dialysis for example Farmer's home insurance use to have a plan (G, i think) that had out of US coverage but u had to pay the bill upfront, get the bill and translation and submit for reinbursement. What do I pay if I get Medicare-covered services outside the United States? Except in the limited situations described on page 1, Medicare doesn’t pay for health care services you get outside the U.S. If your circumstances don’t meet these limited situations, you pay the full cost to the health care provider. If your situation matches one of the 3 situations on page 1 and Medicare covers the items or services you get, you would pay the related coinsurance or copayments, and deductibles. Although U.S. hospitals must submit claims to Medicare for you, foreign hospitals aren’t required to file Medicare claims. If you’re admitted to a foreign hospital under one of the situations described on page 1, and that hospital doesn’t submit Medicare claims for you, then you pay the full cost to the health care provider. You must also submit an itemized bill to Medicare for your doctor, inpatient, and ambulance services its even tricky if u go on a cruise out of the US https://www.medicare.gov/Pubs/pdf/11037-Medicare-Coverage-Outside-United-States.pdf

Ok, schedule C allows self employed persons to claim a portion of household (office space, etc in house) for their business purposes and what is the profit on line 31 would be reported on line of Schedule 1 line 3 along with any 1099 misc (or SE schedule) the person received for work processed for a client. person needs to also inclued form 8582 if the businss needs to recover loss from previous year / usually Schedule C shows total profit as its work done and the profit is not put back into the business like it is when its a store or such. but depends on the job title on Schedule If an immigration officer is willing to dig thru the schedule C and all forms that goes with it , they are going above and beyond their job requires which is to look at the yearly income of the joint sponsor and on MFJ is is not separated on 1040 otherwise, get the spouse to file I 864a and save time and troubles
-
NVC is now asking for W2's on top of IRS transcripts that would say how much the joint sponsor made if NVC wants I 864a for spouse of ioint sponsor, they will say so

Its hard enough to visit countries with poverty and political issues but visiting is not like living thru it / I get to go home and thank God for being born here my heart goes out to many and i have no solution I guess whatever it takes for these people to get out of danger, i can't blame them I just think pouring money into a solution is not the answer to all problems
-
where on tax forms or IRS transcripts does it separate the joint income so NVC would know which one makes what?

from articles and 4 books i picked up we spend millions and billions , y'd think they would let me win the lottery just one time but always i have to question the author's and where the source comes from and sometimes that is not easy to track the sources or feedbacks but USCIS has a budget along with the proposals and actual spending budgets of the seven parts of DHS and the 22 organizaitons under it that has to be reported fully / these reports are as confusing as reading the BIble when they talk about allocated on one ar(back article if not covered under another (the back and forth is crazy)

In short, the full cost of USCIS operations cannot be as directly ... DHS will transfer funds annually from the IEFA to ICE's appropriations Under Trump was the one i read '' https://www.migrationpolicy.org/news/uscis-fee-hike-could-be-latest-step-reshape-immigration By proposing an application fee for certain asylum applicants, the elimination of most fee waivers for low-income applicants, and a rare transfer of more than $100 million out of the agency’s adjudication services to fund stepped-up enforcement by another agency (U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE), the Trump administration would alter key underpinnings of longstanding immigration fee policy.

we're already paying Federal government bused them to so many places and is housing them in hotels i wish i could find the article i came across about 2 years ago about ICE getting the big portion of our legal immigration fees as ICE operates under HSI under DHS among the fact they ICE is holding $204 million in bond mone How much funding does ICE get? approximately $8 billion The agency has an annual budget of approximately $8 billion, primarily devoted to three operational directorates — Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) and Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA).Jan 18, 2023 DHS has 22 divisions including FEMA (????? ) its quite interesting to read about all this / i started with the following online site and then onto the library for books on the subject including this one National Interoperability Field Operations Guide (NIFOG) Version 2.01 March, 2022: Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency - DHS Paperback – March 1, 2022 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Department_of_Homeland_Security#:~:text=DHS constitutes the most diverse, agencies into a single organization.

3rd RFE For Petioner's Birth Certificate
JeanneAdil replied to DarkKiss's topic in National Visa Center (Dept of State)
RENIEC is the only authority its where Cris (a member here) from Chattanooga got all her foreign documents for their marriage and his birth Reniec is the authority in Peru where Peruvians (including foreign parents with children born in Peru as these are according to Peruvian law Peruvians) have to register the birth of a child. Here Peruvians as well have to register their marriages, divorces, deaths and other events modifying the civil status. -
so 4,900 will hit the immigration offices 150 days after entry in NY to apply for work permits / yeah, be will be a trickle down effect as what happens to those with cases in NY offices to AOS and ROC legally Pretending i am one of these 4,900 and i read that article saying most are refuse asylum (71% in 2020 and 63 % in 2021 and knowing NYC has the largest population of immigrants from all countries, religions and races/ I would connect with others from my country and disappear into the illegal community (forget applying for anything ) and just work under the table . i would become one of the over 11 million illegals as the US can not afford to find and deport them all. ICE hits the places like chicken processing plants with a bus regularlly and deports the ones found with no green card on them BUT these people return ASAP to the US Not quite sure what the federal government can do or is willing to do . i am just glad it isn't up to me as the issue is overwhelming

Preventing RFE Beforehand
JeanneAdil replied to Nitsua0895's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
OP As ROcio0010 points out the I-797 u received from USCIS actually says "not to send anything, they will contact u if further info is needed" If u have questions , u can ask Emma the Robot Why not send now? Because when they recieived the petition, it was entered into a computer and the actual packet sits waiting with thousands of others till someone can work on it (as my most recent notice said under processing times "however, systems will show only that the case has been received and the processing status will not have changed , because we will be working on other cases that were filed earlier than one" so, until immigration officer works on your case , it sits in a pile RFE's for this issue are not that scary / have the copies ready to send out in case it may be needed -

Notarial Services in Kenitra, Morocco
JeanneAdil replied to Amine Matioui's topic in Middle East and North Africa
If u insist on the K1 write the letter in arabic and go to translator and translator will witness it / its the best u can do in Moroc Kentra is in the North so expect a long long AP after the interview since the 2011 bombing in Casa and the more recent bombing in Maracheck plus the killings of 2 EU girls hiking in the mts , North Moroc is probalbility of terrorist activity. A Fes woman married to USC was 10 months in AP after her interview for the additional security checks. this will not be fast https://www.brookings.edu/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/01_north_africa_boukhars.pdf Don't bother with both of my friends affidavit letters attesting to our bona fide relationship. as it carries no real evidence to USCIS / they don't want or need this The very best to u as u will need good luck incha yekbel
