Philippine Passport with US Tourist Visa can enter Mexico
JeanneAdil replied to Bill Oxner's topic in Tourist Visas
Yeah, i am talking about some airline people who don't seem to know my german and fillipino wife both had US visas as he worked and owned a house here but it was Southeastern air that said she couldn't travel (atlanta to Mexico) without a mexican visa so, print out that page and take it to airline registration -
i believe they link at NVC by not paying the 2 fees till the other gets there To me it makes sense to do the 2 petitions together linking the background for both at same time but i talked to 1 lady who just retired from a immigration subcontractor and she said when its parent and child or 2 parents, everything is done separate and the same backgrounds are double work I mean USCIS can link a petition for a LPR for spouse and children /why not for a USC? Guess its the double fees they go for

what i am saying is the case is totally separate and best place people connect them is at NVC stage /they are not connected now many a case has seen one go thru and get to NVC while the other lags behind And read your receipt, if its like mine (years ago so they could have changed the wording ) it says do not contact them /they will let u know if they need anything But if u can actually get thru to an officer then i applaud u as this is the hard part /they don't usually take calls, answer questions about a case or give out details /and that makes it so very frustrating Best to all of u

Philippine Passport with US Tourist Visa can enter Mexico

As a Filipino citizen, you must get a visa to spend your vacation in Mexico. That can happen only at the nearest Mexican embassy. You will also need a Mexican Tourist Card, otherwise called a Forma Migratoria Multiple. -
get yourself out and to social services to take him to family court for child support non custodial parent pays child support Most Battered women shelters have pro bono lawyers to help BTW even a small child (a baby) will act as scared of a person when they hear yelling and relate it to the person's voice judges take note of these things

https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-1-part-b-chapter-2 The regulations do not require that the person signing submit an “original” or “wet ink” signature on a petition, application, or other request to USCIS. When determining whether a signature is acceptable, officers should review any applicable regulations, form instructions, and policy to ensure that the signature on a particular benefit request is proper. USCIS does not accept signatures created by a typewriter, word processor, stamp, auto-pen, or similar device. -
yeah, she can stay out of US and collect when he passes SS doen't make it easy and Sinagpore in not in tax treaty, so she is eligible for half of his SSA or SSI with 30& flat tax taken out . SS would also take out for medicare payments even though medicare is almost useless unless its an emergency/ it doesn't pay for things like dialysis for example Farmer's home insurance use to have a plan (G, i think) that had out of US coverage but u had to pay the bill upfront, get the bill and translation and submit for reinbursement. What do I pay if I get Medicare-covered services outside the United States? Except in the limited situations described on page 1, Medicare doesn’t pay for health care services you get outside the U.S. If your circumstances don’t meet these limited situations, you pay the full cost to the health care provider. If your situation matches one of the 3 situations on page 1 and Medicare covers the items or services you get, you would pay the related coinsurance or copayments, and deductibles. Although U.S. hospitals must submit claims to Medicare for you, foreign hospitals aren’t required to file Medicare claims. If you’re admitted to a foreign hospital under one of the situations described on page 1, and that hospital doesn’t submit Medicare claims for you, then you pay the full cost to the health care provider. You must also submit an itemized bill to Medicare for your doctor, inpatient, and ambulance services its even tricky if u go on a cruise out of the US https://www.medicare.gov/Pubs/pdf/11037-Medicare-Coverage-Outside-United-States.pdf

SS says If you are receiving retirement or disability benefits, your spouse may be eligible for spouse benefits if they are: At least age 62. Any age and caring for a child who is under age 16 or who has a disability that began before age 22.Oct 26, 2022

Ok, schedule C allows self employed persons to claim a portion of household (office space, etc in house) for their business purposes and what is the profit on line 31 would be reported on line of Schedule 1 line 3 along with any 1099 misc (or SE schedule) the person received for work processed for a client. person needs to also inclued form 8582 if the businss needs to recover loss from previous year / usually Schedule C shows total profit as its work done and the profit is not put back into the business like it is when its a store or such. but depends on the job title on Schedule If an immigration officer is willing to dig thru the schedule C and all forms that goes with it , they are going above and beyond their job requires which is to look at the yearly income of the joint sponsor and on MFJ is is not separated on 1040 otherwise, get the spouse to file I 864a and save time and troubles
-
NVC is now asking for W2's on top of IRS transcripts that would say how much the joint sponsor made if NVC wants I 864a for spouse of ioint sponsor, they will say so

Its hard enough to visit countries with poverty and political issues but visiting is not like living thru it / I get to go home and thank God for being born here my heart goes out to many and i have no solution I guess whatever it takes for these people to get out of danger, i can't blame them I just think pouring money into a solution is not the answer to all problems
-
where on tax forms or IRS transcripts does it separate the joint income so NVC would know which one makes what?

from articles and 4 books i picked up we spend millions and billions , y'd think they would let me win the lottery just one time but always i have to question the author's and where the source comes from and sometimes that is not easy to track the sources or feedbacks but USCIS has a budget along with the proposals and actual spending budgets of the seven parts of DHS and the 22 organizaitons under it that has to be reported fully / these reports are as confusing as reading the BIble when they talk about allocated on one ar(back article if not covered under another (the back and forth is crazy)
