No one here would say realionship is not real or that the embassy would or would not approve it (not for certain) but we look at what happens with high fraud countries like yours and mine USCIS acutallly puts out stats on this and from the site # 5 reason for denial 5. a short courting period before the filing of the K-1 petition (e.g., mail order brides, spur-of-the-moment proposals after a first visit) https://visarefusal.com/inadmissibility/k-1-visa- refusals/#:~:text=According%20to%20those%20statistics%2C%20approximately,initial%20denial%2C%20some%20do%20not. Love does not conquer all. As further proof: the Department of State refusal statistics for fiancées/fiancés. According to those statistics, approximately 20,000 K-1 fiancées/fiancés every year are denied visas when they go to their interviews at the embassy. This is nearly 40% of the total number of K-1 visa applicants. And while eventually many of them are able to overcome the initial denial, some do not. and talking online, texting, phone calls are small part of courting but if it was the biggest part , then i am courting over 200 on Facebook , what's app, etc

we don't wanna waste more time planning more trips and going back and forth we both already decided we should get together. Really? U r talking about a major thing embassies look at To make this process move towards a visa , spend as much time together as possible to make the petition stronger, marry and then apply Big difference between talking online and seeing how a person acts and treats u in person

N400 - Failure to register with selective service
JeanneAdil replied to smp17's topic in US Citizenship General Discussion
your choice to get the letter and apply now or wait the following site explains it all and has the National address https://www.sss.gov/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/Applicants-Over-31-Letter-Updated-03-02-2021.pdf If you are age 31 or older, and applying for naturalization, there is no need to get a “status information letter” from the Selective Service System. The U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Service (USCIS) Application for Naturalization Form N-400, Part 12 (44)(c)(2), only asks applicants age 26 to 31 to provide a “status information letter”, if they did not register with Selective Service. In addition, in accordance with USCIS Policy Manual - Volume 12 - Part D - Chapter 7(B), applicants for naturalization who are over age 31 are eligible for naturalization even if they knowingly and willfully failed to register (attached). This is because the applicant’s failure to register would be outside of the statutory period during which the applicant must show that he is of good moral character and disposed to the good order and happiness of the United States. Thus, your failure to register with the Selective Service System does not make you ineligible for naturalization because you are age 31 or older. -
the following US Code site covers your issue https://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?req=granuleid%3AUSC-prelim-title8-section1182&num=0&edition=prelim

May have to go home before 2 years.
JeanneAdil replied to T Town Hombre's topic in Working & Traveling During US Immigration
she came on a spouse visa the I 551 stamp (writng at bottom on visa) is her 1 year green card which allows her to reenter but she should come back before it expires staying about 2 years is when people come on K1 and they have to wait for the AOS process to complete and they get the AP so they can leave and return -
message could be possible glitch in the system as embassy still has the passport Like one "got my green card and then got a message saying i missed an appointment" many people are getting "bogus " messages that don't match their case some of messages people get are computer generated and the computer relies on data imput and people to put data in (obvious from many screwed up messages VJ members post , that this is not happening)

JeanneAdil replied to Tunisian_tunisia's topic in Middle East and North Africa

Are u his attorney? has the friend given u POA ? and why would u call USCIS at the bottom of the receipt he will get it says USCIS will contact the petitioner if any info is needed basically when calling u get no info Is it a good idea to call USCIS? In short, no, calling the USCIS will not speed up the process. It's best if you just check the status online. You can go to the USCIS website, enter in your USCIS case number and you can obtain the case status right online.Feb 22, 2019

Petition for visa was cancelled could be USC cancelled it as they gave up (i say that as it doesn't say expired) talk to your partner could be u need to marry and go for the spouse visa as it would show more visits and time together stronger ties as married give the USC time to start commingling of finances correct any issues bought up by CO in the K1 interview as noted on 221g or by interview questions

IR5 Interview Preparation: I-864, IRS Transcripts, W-2s
JeanneAdil replied to pavelp's topic in Russia, Ukraine and Belarus
I can only hope that this is the case as NVC checks the income and verifies it so why would it be needed at embassy interview However, the next thing we will see if the above is the case that NVC only accepts IRS transcripts as some idiot out there will try to fake a 1040 hoping to satisfy the income But i would take the I 864 and supporting documents to interview at this time until this is verified on USCIS site for all future family visas -
I can only guess the questions you will be asked pertain to the ds 5535 sorry, its only a guess but they have put case in AP for extended security checks any hint why? questions they asked at interview should tell u travel outside Canada? how long have u known USC spouse? did u proclaim love and marriage fast upon meeting? is there a big age difference?

Interview (merged)
JeanneAdil replied to Eddy2019's topic in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Case Filing and Progress Reports
It would be best if the USC was here as he will be the one to follow thru with what the embassy wants or to further explain his situation there are 2 ways to file business taxes (1 with his normal 1040 and and schedule C or the other to separate business and personal) if he used 1040 EZ for his personal taxes (separate from business) the following is what embassy looks at the following as stated in I 864 instructions Business may be doing well but if he reported a loss then it takes off from his personal tax returns when filed together For persons filing IRS Form 1040 EZ, the line for adjusted gross income will be considered. All things to be considered the USC needs to ask and get answers /not sure why NVC didn't notice and send RFE for explanation as he best knows -
