is Iceland a layover or the itinerary has two parts? we see where buying online you get a ticket to one country and have to pick up ticket there for the US then, a visa (esta) is needed for the 1st as its not a layover but 2 separate flights Maybe did not explain weill but example moroccan buys online to fly to Paris to US ticket to paris is one and has to pick up at ticket counter another for US even collecting luggage and rechecking it that needs French visa as the person who flys in could get off plane and stay in France and not continue on to US If ticket is all as 1 with the Paris layover no visa needed and can not leave airport

Your A-Number is identified as the Registration Number on your visa stamp. If your A-Number is fewer than 9 digits, insert a zero after the “A” and before the first digit to create a 9-digit number. For example, “A12345678” would become “A012345678.” Your DOS Case ID is identified as the IV Case Number on your visa stamp. However, please note the IV Case Number has two additional numbers at the end, such as 01 or 02. When entering the IV Case Number as the DOS Case ID, do not include the last two numbers. For example, if your IV Case Number is “ABC1234567801,” you would enter your DOS Case ID as “ABC12345678” (do not include the “01”). Last

Questions about i-134 and joint sponsor
JeanneAdil replied to summer4042's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
fiancee will not have a job when entering US until EAD is complete or green card is received joint sponsor fills out I 134 and provides supporting W2 or any 1099 (like SSA yearly statement) I would get the letter from IRS (fill out form) some say not needed but why take the chance the IRS Verification of Non-Filing Letter must be requested by mail using the paper version of the IRS Form 4506-T available at www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506t.pdf You will need to print, complete, sign and send the form by mail or fax to the IRS. Both of u will need US residency proof (photo copy of photo ID /DL is good) -
Print out form SS -5 from SS web page and form and Naturalization certificate to SS office (u may need an appointment so call 1st to check)

Sent $2000 to my fiancé in Qatar - a RED FLAG?
JeanneAdil replied to TheaG's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
it would be considered a red flag as would look like foreigner is using USC for money This is bf not spouse It's one of the most obvious signs that someone is talking to you for all the wrong reasons. No one you've just met should be asking you for money. It doesn't matter how much you have in common or what kind of a connection you feel. There are people out there who will prey on your kindness BTW would u give american bf $2000 even as a gift Not sure if he asked for the money or hinted he needed it and u volunteered the money but if he is Muslim , this is wrong in Islam -
fed ex should have labeled 2nd delivery as 20 of 40 per other shipment and u should have a fed ex tracking number on the receipt (best way to track the 2nd shipment) they have to provide this when picking up a package i would suspect the shipment is at airport receiving waiting for all to go thru xray and CBP inspection You can go to any fed ex office (when in US) with the tracking number and ask them to look it up but can be looked up on computer

Unique situation
JeanneAdil replied to Mohsinnaqvi's topic in IR-1 / CR-1 Spouse Visa Process & Procedures
she still has to file I 864 with 0 income and still need to get the IRS letter that states no return filed. joint sponsor (i guess u) will file your own I 864 and if joint IRS returns a I 864a from spouse she files online (not in foreign country unless doing special DFC Like USC has a US job offer). u can do a affidavit to assist her saying they will reside in US at your address although it would be far better if she traveled ahead and got her US DL and a US income but all this is at 2nd stage of the process (in about a year) 1st read thru the guides above and file the petition. IF husband is a legal resident , he can interview in Saudi but will be in long AP for the Pakistan security checks as Pakistan is poor at record keeping. -
Covid Shot Locations in Morocco
JeanneAdil replied to MonicainMarrakech's topic in Middle East and North Africa
should the dr for the medical exam does not advise where or give the vaccine, look up clinics on following site and start calling to find one that gives the covid shot this query had been asked on here and unforunately No one has been able to answer https://ma.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/local-resources-of-u-s-citizens/doctors/ It might be a good idea to find out ahead of time if panel dr will administer the vaccine and if not, find 1 on that site that will and be fully vaccinated before the exam allah yessir -

has she been filing US tax returns while living outside the US? if she worked outside the US she still needs to file US taxes if not, she will need to get a letter from IRS stating no taxes Use Form 4506-T to request tax return transcripts, tax account information, W-2 information, 1099 information, verification of non-filing, and record of account. At 2nd state of the process, she will fill out I 864 and either need US income or have a joint US sponsor who agrees to aid Expect a long visa journey as many times a man from Pakistan goes thru long AP after the interview for additional security screening. -

Like who broke it up? when it the break up happen? When and how she met u? i have never heard of Casa doing a Stokes interview but u may get a call to explain why u married someone who was at the time engaged to another also , u need a LOT and i mean a LOT of quality time spent together to prove this is a bona fida marriage . Casa can and has denied a CR1 and the situation is not so unigue but the timeframe is to quick to go from one USC to another -
