If u are able to pick up all boarding passes in Houston , then it is a transit if u have to pick up a ticket in London for Egypt (means leaving the secure area to ticket station and back in thru security , then no ) some tickets sold online are a 2 stage ticket pickup and makes issues or change airports in London , then No Canada , person can transit with valid US visa (green card)

you were going to report her child abuse and domestic violence and said that is arrest in Alaska (past post) have they been out to look into the matter yet ? Can u keep her child? I doubt it but stranger things have happened if u don't follow thru with reporting her, she can file to stay in US with a divorce waiver depending on valid documents

in some border security videos, they look at amount of money available thru debit or charge card to support the amount of time a person will be in the country New Zealand, Canada and Austrialia are known for this practice US is more proving the person will return to his/her home country by having a job, owning property in home country and round trip ticket and NO documents like a birth certificate, resume (things that would make it appear the person intends to stay)

this article does not say which countries USICS is having problems with but my senator recent monthly statement said there are several like mexico, /www.ice.gov/remove/visa-sanctionshttps:/ Visa Sanctions When specific countries deny or delay accepting their nationals with final orders of removal from the United States, the U.S. government may issue visa sanctions as a means of encouraging the recalcitrant country to cooperate. In accordance with Section 243(d) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), the Secretary of Homeland Security notifies the Secretary of State that multiple governments have denied or unreasonably delayed the acceptance of a national or nationals ordered removed from the United States. As a result, the Secretary of State may order U.S. consular officers at U.S. embassies and consulates in these countries to implement visa restrictions on certain categories of visa applicants. These sanctions may remain in place until the Secretary of Homeland Security notifies the Secretary of State that removal cooperation has improved to an acceptable level.

any of the CO's could look at your additional info and process the petition Would u want to depend on 1 particular CO who could be on vacation or maternity leave (i say that as the 1 CO that interviewed Adil for K1 was very pregnant) NOPE, u want it handled by anyone in the embassy that is qualified to proceed with the petition and i suspect all 221g's request need to final approval from the supervisor

Even K1 was faster spent all of June 2009 with Adil in Moroc fiilled out the I 129 in moroc and filed as July 1 as soon as i could / even the post office mail was faster as my pd was the 6th He interviewed in November/ little less than 6 months now the mail is slow as they check all and immigration came to a slow walk -
Then go for it happy to sign one that i agree on the one thing i would change is Joint sponsorship/get rid of it and only approve visa if USC petitioner can afford the immigrant and themself with the income set so low, $18,310 for 2 for K1 ,, and joint sponsor is not required to support the immigrant, to me there is just no way 2 people can live on that especially in NYC or Miami if u read VJ the requirements are different for embassies /don't like that either /if i have to prove multiple visits to have a visa approved,, everyone in every country should

there's a lot of valuable info on this site i find it additive to read even if i can't sign in I will probably need answers in 10+ years as we applied for a brother i think the best answers to OP's are read and research and know the steps , cost, income requirements and timeframes -

i stay and help a few from Moroc but it gets me when one of them say " read something on Facebook" or tell a long time member they are wrong or they don't post a timeline and sometimes its hard to get all the pertinent info from OP(s) i try to stay supportive but sometimes i would like to say "give it up" like one woman wrote to me (divorces 4 times and had done 2 others petiitons) and i was careful in wording but she got responses from others and just quit VJ people don't like the truth at times to me my son has been thru 38 surgeries and i have VJ to during surgeries, PT and dr appointments/it keeps me away from vetting about insurance companies and social security disability and medicare
