ordinarily good but in Moroc, 1st and last names are used so many times and if she has a name like khadija or Yassmine with one of the many surnames used over and over, there may be a similar name in the USCIS system already and an officer assumes it's the same person

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/frequently-asked-questions/about-basics.html under the title indefinite visas open the drop down box and read the following Indefinite validity visas (Burroughs Visas) are tourist/business visas manually stamped into a traveler’s passport which were valid for ten years. Effective April 1, 2004, all indefinite validity Burroughs visas became void. Therefore, if you have an indefinite validity visa you must apply for a new visa for travel to the U.S.

US Embassy in Cairo for Notary Appointment
JeanneAdil replied to MeG@Am's topic in Middle East and North Africa
This is for the addadivit of eligibility to marry? did u try on the following site? https://evisaforms.state.gov/acs/default.asp?postcode=CRO&appcode=1 it does say Please note a notary appointment is required for this service. Demand for notary services is higher than we can accommodate. Please don’t make travel arrangements or commit funds until you have booked your notary appointment. -
The phrase “immigrant intent” is used in the discussion of American visas and is an important concept in U.S. immigration law. If you are requesting a visa to visit the United States for short-term purposes, you need to understand that the U.S. government will always assume that you have an immigrant intent. If you want them to approve the visa, you’ll generally need to demonstrate that you do not have immigrant intent. by Your sister could not prove she would return to her home country as demonstrated by the way you and your husband used the system to bypass normal immigration

Should I amend my tax return for 2021
JeanneAdil replied to Mr. Mayur's topic in Tax & Finances During US Immigration
MFJ or MFS either one MFJ you need to follow IRS site for ITIN for non resident alien spouse its worth MFJ as it means an extra $12950 deduction but this is your choice Single; Married Filing Separately $12,950 Married Filing Jointly & Surviving Spouses $25,900 https://www.irs.gov/individuals/international-taxpayers/nonresident-spouse and tax returns for 2022 were due last April unless u did an extension till October (15 th is on Sunday so they would be due 16th) -

read thru the following from someone trying to get a visa without meeting this follows the petition and appeal for denial this was truly a hardship case as petitioner was blind with other issues this might help understand immigration doesn't care -sounds harsh but its what i see (my opinion only about the not caring) https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/err/D6 - Fiancees and Fiances of U.S. Citizen (K-1)/Decisions_Issued_in_2021/JUN112021
