    Did u notify bank u were using the card or writing a check to pay for the passport? you may have a limit on amounts like i put a $500 limit on cash out If u don't like the US, you are now both USC's and can live on any island or country that allow USC's residency / just remember to file US tax returns

    Maybe not /some depends on CO but lack of visits for 1st denial will weigh heavy if they don't see each other more TO the OP u need to study and learn the process of touist , K1 and CR1 steps , pros and cons of each one, the wait times and the cost K1 is more costly in the whole process and can take as long as a spouse visa and would mean if u want to marry in Brazil , u can have a 2nd ceremony after marriage in US and the long wait for AP and green card

    In this case K1 won't work as OP says My family is here, and I plan to get married in Brazil. On K1 they must marry in US within 90 days and could not travel back to Brazil for an extended time for AOS process

    the CO who interviews the immigrant has access to the entire packet and will read thru it and base questions on the info and documents in the packet this is how the CO knows what document may have been missed and give out a 221g for one missing they know how much time the 2 of u have been together and how fast a proposal or mention of love was made some, of course, are more thorough than others but they are required to read and know the basic info in the petition

    Green card will be mailed to US address as shown on all your documents it can not be forwarded If no one is home in US to receive it, u stand the chance of it being sent back to USCIS

    K1 denied / probably no visa for tourist as fiancee has immigrant as shown I agree with all ;marry, file CR1 as u plan to marry in Brazil My family is here, and I plan to get married in Brazil. u can not get a K1 and marry in Brazil

    read past posts from the consulate by going to the word portal and reading all u can to understand if others have had any issues also do a timeline with the country flag so your post is need by others from Pakistan if u want the best advice/u can start one with only the type of visa u will apply for the and marriage date and complete it as needed

    I asked why Illinois is your choice if u have a USC bf/gr there to go , the F1 would not be granted make sure if u apply for college , it is for college alone by knowing the college's major degrees and knowing it specializes it what u want to study

    you need to do this just applying to extend the visa is not the best way people have stayed thinking it was ok , then the extension was denied and the person was given an overstay (read a post on here) probably would forgive an oversstay from Sudan but the above site is meant to help so issues don't happen USCIS made an out so use it
