Spouse visa , help needed!
JeanneAdil replied to kruti97's topic in Effects of Major Family Changes on Immigration Benefits
why worry about his family? Are they here in USA? If they are , let them apply for him if not,, cancel the I 1864 and I 130 and block all from reaching u don't make yourself miserable divorce , let them find out and move on and have a good life If he lied to u about his status (education ), tell immigration as he will probably lie to CO at the interview/that's a lifetime ban he might be able to BS some, but not a CO who has the background info and knows what to ask for -
Waiting for daughter since 2012
JeanneAdil replied to Anna S's topic in Bringing Family Members of US Citizens to America
Anna if u r a USC, u should apply for the sibling visa for your sister since ur dad has cancer If the petitioner dies before the principal applicant has immigrated to the United States, the petition is automatically revoked. This means the consular officer will not be able to issue a visa to any of the beneficiaries of the petition and will be required to return the petition to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). -

This is for your father's case in Turkey and yes, it is normal for extra security checks that go for several months in Turkey for a male and if your mom did not come when her visa was approved , they will both need new medical exams to complete the process when he is approved to reissue hers and issue your dad's

So , is this section of I 864 instructions only for those with EAD to work while waiting for green card? https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/document/forms/i-864instr.pdf page 8 2. If you included the income of the intending immigrant who is your spouse (he or she would be counted in Part 5., Item Number 1.), you must provide evidence that his/her income will continue from the current source after obtaining lawful permanent resident status. He or she does not need to complete Form I-864A unless he or she has accompanying children

Adding a family member to existing visa appointment?
JeanneAdil replied to Monty0581's topic in Tourist Visas
u can try to add or schedule appointment as close to mother's if a date is available and even if separate , they can fly when they both are approved -
she can travel anyplace she is allowed to /this is not controlled by US immigration rules but for qatar, she needs a sponsor and follow the rules about leaving the country as a worker HSW are household service workers if she does this, get a criminal report from Qatar even if not there 6 months as the embassy CO can ask for it (even though not required) https://www.overseas-filipinos.com/qatar-facts.html#:~:text=Read here on how to,an employee to another sponsor. You can work in Qatar through a sponsor or kafeel under the Qatar labour law. A worker, not a tourist, may not enter or leave the country without a kafeel. And many sponsors do not allow the transfer of an employee to another sponsor. HSWs are prone to abuse because of this system.

no accusation was made/ i quoted from USCIS site what they look for/it includes drugs, communicable diseases and TB its not me judging him/ its USCIS rules i apoligize sincerly if i offened u but i was only stating USCIS and medical rules the more complaints the embassy gets about this dr , the more serious it gets but they are still low on drs who will perform the visa medical exam and its very hard on those living in remote areas hours and hours away from Casa to do a medical /I have been writing trying to get a dr in Agadir and 1 in either Tangers or Fes to aid in medicals but so far no dr wants to offer services to the embassy What are the things that would make you fail a US immigration medical exam? During the Green Card Medical Exam Communicable diseases (including tuberculosis, syphilis, and gonorrhea) Drug abuse or addiction. Physical or mental disorders associated with harmful behavior. Conditions that make it impossible for you to support yourself. 10 years- i read the daily Moroccan news , read the embassy updates, and get the embassy newsletter i have helped 11 people thru a NOID/NOIR from Moroc get their spouse here Good luck

when u do online petition, u pay by debit/credit card, therefore the funds can be checked as immediately available and receipt date will be the same as the day u sent (depending only on time zone differences) when mailed in and paid by check the check must be for the right amount and funds verified before USCIS will issue a I 791 with receipt/ priority date and if amount is not correct the whole package is returned for incorrect payment but still the receipt date/priority date are the same u may or may not get the mail notice so u should print out that email (online) notice for your records as u may have to refer to it in the future

JeanneAdil replied to Timothy V's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
if she came and married and had to return for an emergency (perhaps death in family), without AP she would be abandoning the AOS and u would need to start all over with CR1 BTW do not send proofs to USCIS of sending money /RED FLAG/ it will appear she is using the USC for money -
