not doing a CR1 unless u are already married is not a reason to deny Agree that CR1 is stronger evidence of a relationship but a K1 is not just denied like that or USCIS would not have that visa in the system red flag are big age difference not enough quality time together income is not enough to sponsor the immigrant person could become a public charge as u can not afford health care and the issues Nolo law points out https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/red-flags-that-make-uscis-suspect-marriage-fraud.html

Yes biometrics will be soon the rest according to USCIS https://www.uscis.gov/forms/all-forms/n-600-application-for-certificate-of-citizenship-frequently-asked-questions What happens if USCIS approves my Form N-600? If USCIS approves your Form N-600, USCIS will issue you a Certificate of Citizenship. If you are over 14 years of age, you will be scheduled to appear at a USCIS office to take the Oath of Allegiance if the Oath of Allegiance ceremony is not conducted on the same day as the interview. Need to read the whole USCIS page/its not just "i want to wait and get in the US" Your case can be denied (INA) section 212(a)(1)(A)(ii), a noncitizen who seeks admission as an immigrant who fails to show proof that they were vaccinated against vaccine-preventable diseases, is inadmissible and therefore ineligible for admission Q. What will happen if I refuse to receive one or all of the required vaccines? A. Tell the civil surgeon if you do not wish to receive the required vaccines or a particular vaccine. You should also tell the civil surgeon the reason you do not wish to receive the vaccine(s). In this case, a waiver may be available to you, but only under the following circumstances: You are opposed to all vaccinations in any form– a waiver may not be granted if you only object to specific vaccinations; Your objection must be based on religious beliefs or moral convictions; and The religious or moral beliefs must be sincere.

Question about upcoming fee changes
JeanneAdil replied to leviiathan's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
Fees are expected to increase but the last time they wanted to raise them, they were to go into effect 1st business day in October /as fiscal year ends September 30th so i am thinking the same 2023 but next fiscal year May 30th is for certain non immigrant fees The Department of State published a Final Rule regarding increases to certain nonimmigrant visa application (NIV) processing fees and the Border Crossing Card (BCC) for Mexican citizens age 15 and over. These increases were published in the Federal Register on March 28, 2023 and will be effective on May 30, 2023. The fee for visitor visas for business or tourism (B1/B2s and BCCs), and other non-petition based NIVs such as student and exchange visitor visas, will increase from $160 to $185. The fee for certain petition-based nonimmigrant visas for temporary workers (H, L, O, P, Q, and R categories) will increase from $190 to $205. The fee for a treaty trader, treaty investor, and treaty applicants in a specialty occupation (E category) will increase from $205 to $315. https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2023/01/04/2022-27066/us-citizenship-and-immigration-services-fee-schedule-and-changes-to-certain-other-immigration page 407 of the above federal register shows the proposed new fee schedule for USCIS -

receipt would have gone to the lawyer she needs to contact the attorney not sure what u mean by "i'm running out of time" but this process will take time lawyer should give u copy ot the receipt -
if u met online initially, like in Facebook, etc, u can print out a small portion of that chat but other chats don't really show togetherness USCIS wants to see time spent together In 2009 it seemed important to USCIS /now , not so your lawyer is in the past BTW the AOS process for green card and AP to travel is suppose to go from $1225 to $2820 after the US marriage CR1 is cheaper /no AOS fees

Looking into applying for jobs at community Colleges
JeanneAdil replied to nona12's topic in Finding Work in America
Many community colleges get no federal grants. https://ccrc.tc.columbia.edu/publications/public-funding-community-colleges.html There is wide variation in state policy contexts, governance structures, and funding mechanisms among community colleges. More than half of their public funding comes from state and local governments, and while federal funding has increased in recent decades, state funding has fallen.[4] The large infusion of federal dollars during the pandemic—as well as debate over increasing the federal role—has made effective federal funding policy even more critical.
