    the action would be that your documents have been fed into the computer system now, u just wait till an officer opens the case and starts a real review (6 to 12 months from now) further updates (if u get any) may also say actively reviewed this happens when an officer reviews paperwork to ensure all documents are there, all are signed properly and if anything is missing an RFE is sent (RFE is really nothing to worry about ) when officer gets any document(s) the case is actively reviewed again to download new document as the computer generates the "actively reviewed" notice

    Understand also that after creating the account the site may say No appointments available at this time and u will have to check monthly or daily or weekly to find an open in a little less than 2 years and just look for a day when there are 2 slots open and choose that day 2 application 2 separate interviews but can happen on same day if u schedule it that way

    I read the post and by answered by telling u the wait time should give u an idea of how long u will wait to see schedule for interview which would be in 2026 I doubt tourist visa schedule is even out for the entire year of 2024 aome embassies only show the next 2 months to schedule B1/B2 but checking the Bogata webpage gives u the instructions https://co.usembassy.gov/visas/important-visa-information/ Once you make a cash payment, it can take up to 3 business days for it to register in this system, at which time you can schedule a Consular Section appointment. You may use the cash payment slip for only one transaction.

    when u say K1 visa approved are u refering to the USCIS 1st stage?     No, the Person can not enter the US and interview for spouse visa and planning to Adjust here is a violation of immigration laws and USCIS can expedite if the USC has reasons to do so but unfortunately many countries have wars, threats of war , famine and other disasters and USCIS if not able to help everyone Sending my prayers for all involved and your well being

    Many states have different definitions of the word “insurance” but each have the same essential elements: It must be a written contract. cp you should have a copy of the policy with start and end dates and premium amount(s) and your actual application copy of the police page with copy of change of bene if u added spouse later would suffice too

    I married in 2010 and filed for ITIN in 2021 for 2010 taxes / used the ITIN till he came in 2015 U Have been in AP since April 2023 so u could be coming close to end of AP (i should not speculate on this but its been a year) USC should have added u to tax returns a long time ago July 2020 and MFJ would have helped your case USC can still do 2023 taxes now and add u if u 2 desire it or wait till u come and get SS # and file 1040x to amend the returns

    they are accepted with petition as is are all documents u send best to make sure the intending immigrant has photos at interivew CO at interview most likely will not look at them but it is noted that they are available Fiancee is Italian so not as big an issue as high fraud country Best to familiarize yourself with the USCIS K1 process and please do a timeline and flag the country /this is so important for all the queries u may have for the entire process from start to finish /the US AOS process is especially long and frustrating for most going thru K1 Best to u both

    Refer to the USCIS site that has directions on how to send documents (even photos ) USCIS wants it to be easy to get to and scan document so sending in a zip lock bags makes extra work to open and hard to scan. for the officer / putting them on 8 x 11 paper makes it easier to scan to computer https://www.uscis.gov/forms/filing-guidance/tips-for-filing-forms-by-mail On that site it says When providing photos or other attachments, please provide your name at the top of the page or on the back of any photos. If you send original photos with your form, they may become part of the record or be destroyed.

    If u were lucky enough to win the DV lottery and listed this woman as your wife and were not legally married at the time, then yes, at some point it could be a problem as it was misprepresentation on the application for the lottery If u did not list her as wife, the marry and if lucky in DV lottery list her and the new marriage date on the ds 260

    the K1 process is paper filing/ u can not file this online Can Form I-129F be filed online? At this time, there is no way to file Form I-129F electronically, but you can prepare the form with an online service to make sure you do it correctly. USCIS has not introduced online filing for this form. Regardless, e-file doesn't necessarily mean you get quick processing.

    wife and u are currently in London for US visa interview? who is the USC? And what is your country of birth for both? this matters after interview for the AP stage

    if u retrieve your passport while they are already checking your travel history, do u really think they won't check the new international travel and the casa embassy held onto a passport for over a year while In AP and when he finally asked for it back, they informed him that he should not travel anywhere till AP is done as it would add to more investigation.
