he may have never heard of it, but it is needed (in Arabic and the English translation) if he is missing any of the documents for the interview , he will receive a 221 g -means he needs to send them to the embassy and is in AP (refused while the embassy waits for documents) AP delays are lengthy The following tells about the "fiche " https://www.wikiprocedure.com/index.php/Morocco_-_Obtain_Police_Clearance_Certificate_(Criminal_Record)#:~:text=You can get a certificate at a Moroccan embassy or,de la Mamounia in Rabat. -
unforuntely we choose to meet and marry foreigner and must face long wait times for any action the best u can do is forget the process unless u receive a RFE and need to respond otherwise , when u chat ,this is the normal time for dating and getting to know each other Gather your patience and do not dwell on immigration if doing the K1 is strssful, the AOS is twice as bad so prepare check the following site to see if your case will prompt any red flag issues Best to u both https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/red-flags-that-make-uscis-suspect-marriage-fraud.html

JeanneAdil replied to ceedstn's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
nurses are needed in Canada and the US Why not apply for jobs, then work permit if u apply tourist visa, and are honest about looking for work , the CO should deny or if u get the tourist visa and come with all your paperwork to stay and work, border patrol can deny entry as that's the wrong visa to work -

u need confirmation page for the ds 160 when NVC sends case to casa, u will schedule the interview online Embassy should send a check list of needed documents and instructions for getting them translated to English meanwhile complete an I 134 and get your latest IRS tax transcripts and send to Moroccan I believe Casa still collects the fee (others will chime if , if wrong) Moroccan needs 2 police reports a "fiche anthropomtrique" at the local police office. and des casiers judiciaires -
u do not need US work visa to work abroad for a US company the US company would need to follow the rules the company needs to set up a legal entity to do business in the country Yes, you can hire a foreign employee, but the process is not as straightforward as putting them on your payroll and cutting a check each month. While some companies opt to set up a legal entity in a different country to hire foreign employees, entity establishment is costly and time-consuming. Fortunately, there are other options to pursue employment without establishment. 0R hire out thru subcontracting companies Rather than setting up a legal entity, companies can engage contractors or partner with an employer of record (EOR) to hire employees and avoid the risk of noncompliance.

If you rent and his name is not on the lease OR u own and his name is not on the deed, call 911 and ask police to come help him move out your I 134 is not the same as I 864 do not help him to AOS by signing a I 864 as that binds u for 10 years He probably has Moroccn friends here that he will call for help Get a divorce attorney let him do whatever he wants to AOS on his own but without a work permit and green card , he faces a lot of issues to stay he needs u to adjust status so if u sure , u don't want to continue in marriage, don't help him in any way keep a notebook with dates and info if he threatens or worse -
when NOA2 is sent , the case has gone to NVC and USCIS no longer has any control or deals with it / I don't think USCIS officer can even a assess the case after it is sent out send a copy of the letter u sent to the embassy cancelling the K1 u need to write a note to embassy to let them know case #, both names and both DOB's U may get an RFE for the CR1 will match the K1 names but just respond with copy of both the original letter to USCIS and note to embassy

MY NOIR had a paragraph which read INTENT TO MARRY WAS BONA-FIDE the petition was filed (date), and has now been pending for nearly a year, please provide current bona fides of evidence to establish that (my name ) intent in marriage was to establish a life together with (my husband's name). Further evidence may include, but is not limited to comingling of finances or joint ownership of property, .......... I sent proof of joint tax returns, getting a ITIN , using ITIN to add him to bank account, getting a POA from him and adding him with a deed of our house (and in the letter I called it OUR HOUSE not MY HOUSE), added him to my water bill Additionally it said (a) proof of joint insurance policies with the other as bene (would be life insurance) and I could submit affadivits of others for statements of marriage I suggest u start to get the proof(s) u need to prove bona fide relationship by spending quality time together (( i spent months in Moroc) and think to commingle your assets as further proof OR live in spouse's country OR give it up

JeanneAdil replied to Daphne .'s topic in General Immigration-Related Discussion
i wonder if the "so called lawyers " are retired ones the way the system use to work was we applied and the interview was held in a US office to allow the person to stay or be sent home i could not find a date when that all changed/ its not even in the History of Immigration At one time there was a numerical limit on all visas per country May 1924: The Immigration Act of 1924 limits the number of immigrants allowed into the United States yearly through nationality quotas this ended in 1965 under President Johnson Interesting read https://www.history.com/topics/immigration/immigration-united-states-timeline
