  8. If your sister is a USC, she can apply for you but you can not change petitioners on the F3 that your mom did unless there is evidence of the following rules that would allow it In the past, a petition could not be approved if the petitioner died while the petition remained pending.[1] In 2009, Congress addressed this scenario with a new statutory provision, INA 204(l).[2] This provision gave noncitizens the ability to seek an immigration benefit through a deceased qualifying relative in certain circumstances. An officer may approve an adjustment application, certain petitions, and related applications adjudicated on or after October 28, 2009,[3] if: The applicant resided in the United States when the qualifying relative died; The applicant continues to reside in the United States on the date of the decision on the pending application; and The applicant is at least one of the following: A beneficiary of a pending or approved immediate relative immigrant visa petition; A beneficiary of a pending or approved family-based immigrant visa petition, including both the principal beneficiary and any derivative beneficiaries; Any derivative beneficiary of a pending or approved employment-based immigrant visa petition; The beneficiary of a pending or approved Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition (Form I-730); A person admitted as a derivative T or U nonimmigrant; or A derivative asylee.[4] https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-7-part-a-chapter-9 So very sorry for your loss the October visa bulletin will give you an idea of the wait time for the F4 visa https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin/2024/visa-bulletin-for-october-2023.html

  16. we are not allowed to have 2 legal marriages at the same time in USA and no we don't report to another country its legal in Moroc and No, the country Moroc does not have to report it and the embassy is not required either to report / they are not the police but the state he lived in has laws and I don't know who turned him in but he wanted to bring child from 2nd marriage here to 1st wife/ i would imagine she had some issues Casablanca embassy added this to list of required documents shortly after the man posted here about the 2nd marriage and CBRA for his child If you have ever been married: An original marriage certificate for each marriage, a certified English translation, and a photocopy of each certificate. For any marriages that have been terminated by death, divorce, or dissolution, please provide an original or certified copy of the death, divorce, or dissolution certificate, a certified English translation, and a photocopy of each certificate. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/CSB-Casablanca.html

  21. To work at an embassy the person would need to sign A DNA or confidenially agreement A worker can not talk to another about a personal case especially when that person is not suppose to have access to the case A breach of the Non-Disclosure Agreement may result in the termination of candidacy. What is a signed confidentiality agreement? NDAs, or non-disclosure agreements, are legally enforceable contracts that create a confidential relationship between a person who has sensitive information and a person who will gain access to that information. A confidential relationship means one or both parties has a duty not to share that information. So, NO an embassy worker can not help u get a faster interview
