ir1-cr1 Ir1 refused under section 221(g)

CO understands and knows the quality of life for sickle cell You need to know it and understand what it means for u and your wife and the quallity of your marriage CO's not only think of the USC but are suppose to protect both. In this case , u may see a NOID that states ,, the USC expects u to be her caregiver or a similiar statement. https://www.google.com/search?q=life+expectancy+for+sickle+cell&rlz=1C1JPGB_enUS833US833&oq=life+expectancy+for+sickle+cell&aqs=chrome..69i57.12996j0j15&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 No matter what u think is right, a CO can deny a visa for anything that raises a red flag issue 1. marrying on the 1st visit 2. income is not sufficient / embassies can even reject a joint sponsor Again, your wife is the one who has to come up with the chats for 4 years and the joint sponsor with limited time to do this so she should join here and get advice and let us know if she will continue the process for the visa. Many USC's do not. I applied K1 in 2009 , denied married 2010 and we finally got our visa in 2015 after 5 trips to Morocco spending 9 months there -
A. No. Form I-9 rules instruct employers not to reverify a lawful permanent resident who initially presented an unexpired Permanent Resident Card, even when the card expires. Employers that request documents when not required, based on a worker’s citizenship status, may violate the INA’s anti-discrimination provision. If your employer reverifies your employment eligibility after you presented an unexpired Permanent Resident Card, contact IER. https://www.justice.gov/crt/iers-frequently-asked-questions-faqs#lpr

If you are refused a visa under section 214(b), it means that you: Did not sufficiently demonstrate to the consular officer that you qualify for the nonimmigrant visa category you applied for;

https://www.canadim.com/work/#:~:text=Closed work permits are tied, they change their work permit. check the Canadian site for all that information Closed work permits are tied to specific employers, this means that a foreign national issued a closed work permit must remain working with the same employer at the same location unless they change their work permit.

I-130 for Parent (Split)
JeanneAdil replied to Tamasiane Levarit's topic in Bringing Family Members of US Citizens to America
you do need to research the cost of health care insurance in US as her Bahamas is UK and UK insurance will not cover her once she arrives on the IR5 visa An EHIC or GHIC card will not cover you in America because this is a reciprocal agreement the UK has only with other European countries. In America, many residents have their own private medical insurance that covers them if they fall ill or get injured. -
Here's what the codes stand for for each of the USCIS service centers that process immigration applications: EAC - Eastern Adjudication Center (Vermont Service Center) WAC - Western Adjudication Center (California Service Center) LIN - Lincoln Service Center (Nebraska Service Center)Oct 9, 2022 https://www.uscis.gov/forms/all-forms/service-center-forms-processing Chart shows what field offices do ROC there are 3 adjudiation centers but there are 5 offices that do ROC and any one of them can get a case depending on case loads OR case can be transfered at any time especially this time of year when staff is off for several holidays or has to take a vacation or loose it

These panel physicans that are approved by USCIS are suppose to help with needed vaccines so, get in touch with them , perhaps thru your US Senator as the following is stated In order to assist the panel physican, and to avoid delays in the processing of an immigrant visa, all immigrant visa applicants should have their vaccination records available for the panel physician's review at the time of the immigrant medical examination. Visa applicants should consult with their regular health care provider to obtain a copy of their immunization record, if one is available. If you do not have a vaccination record, the panel physician will work with you to determine which vaccinations you may need to meet the requirement https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/vaccinations.html#:~:text=United States immigration law requires, issuance of an immigrant visa. The office should not say "we can't schedule the exam "

They can make a dr appointment with regular physican and have the blood work to show the covid vacine The new COVID-19 antibody test is similar to one used at home to determine blood type, where the user pricks a finger and places a drop of blood on a card. A fusion protein the research team developed that’s housed on the card detects COVID-19 antibodies, tiny proteins in the blood which the immune system produces to “remember” viral encounters and provide immunity to future infections Yes, its connected to Casablanca southwest by driR320.. if they do not offer bloodwork to prove the covid vaccine is in the system, u need to update by getting the vaccinations or perhaps just the booster

K-1 Visa Quick Questions
JeanneAdil replied to tearsofmana's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
USCIS does not ask for these now consider them important US friends and family may know u went to visit but are not witness to the relationship Brazil is part of the Hague Apostille Convention and if u do affidavit from a Brazilian , have the US embassy notarize the statement if it makes u feel comfortable Again, these are not best evidence to USCIS and not needed Question: Do US Embassies and Consulates provide notarial and authentication services for non-US Citizens? Answer: Yes. 22 C.F.R. 92.4(b) provides that these services may be performed for any person regardless of nationality so long as the document in connection with which the notarial/authentication service is required is for use within the jurisdiction of the United States. But , again, these are not needed nor asked for the only affidavit needed for K1 is the I 134 for income and support at the embassy interview Page 10 of I 129 instructions say u can submit an affidavit WHEN a needed document like birth certificate is not available and then a person who is witness but not party of the petition can submit one as is often the case with an older person whose birth was not recorded -

she's wrong I 551 stamp and proof of state residency like mail in your name is what most states need i don't know yours if your city is big enough to have more than 1 DMV, try another /if not do as Crazycat says and print out the page don't be afraid to ask to see a supervisor/u have the same rights as a USC except voting and certain jobs
-
it is not professional in any way for this officer to discuss another person's information and case with u As a USC i would report her actions /even as an LPR u have the rights to say something when an officer is stupid and breaks the rules she has signed a confidentiality agreement with USCIS which is suppose to keep her from what u heard
-
He can as we can change our mind at any time but i would definitely inform immigration know so he can't try and try again with a new K1 for another This actually sickens me as its so unfair to leave family and homeland and loose trust and perhaps the s poster did something to break trust and loose his feelings but why would she think he would consider a CR1? and no matter which one caused the heartbreak, i would return home and not consider marriage to this USC

I didn't say go to DR/ I answered your post that said DR wouldn't know how to do the pretest/i pointed out they do kidney transplants so they know the procedure to match one of his DR relatives for the transplant to be done here. As u said , u have only 6 months. you want a visa to bring someone in for match testing? what if they are not a Match? another visa for other family member? and maybe another? DR can do the testing for several members and then u go for the visa for the transplant with assistance from US Doctors for the emergency visa a lot faster than trying to get one or more a visa to test them here and yes, the kidney is not removed unless it is infected

I would not marry at this point even if he wanted to do it ASAP he is manipulative and could decide not to do the AOS process for your green card Later u can not force a person to marry even if they promise California does allow suing for breach of promise to marry / usually no monetary award but in your case u left home, family and possibly a job. i would see a lawyer /if he agrees to sue/ give him a POA to handle the case and then fly home California: Cal. Civ. Code § 43.4 (2005). A fraudulent promise to marry or to cohabit after marriage does not give rise to a cause of action for damages.

DR can do the matches needed they do transplants In 2022, the number of organ transplants, including kidney, heart, lung, liver, pancreas, and small bowel, performed in the Dominican Republic added up to 62 interventions, up from 46 transplants reported a year earlier. https://www.statista.com/statistics/1033802/dominican-republic-number-organ-transplants/ this is so hard when time is short and u worked so hard to be together u have my sincere prayers for a successful transplant

Since November the Tel Aviv embassy is working on limited staff which means the Jerusalem embassy is not only doing their normal work but covering tel Aviv work I doubt u get an embassy response but u can do the following on top of the bene updating the ds260 and telling the CO If u gave USCIS a good workable email ID , i would send the bene an email using that ID to take to the interview to prove your new address and the very best to u , u 2 have my prayers -

Non-immigrant men living in the United States on a valid visa are not required to register for as long as they remain on a valid visa up until they turn 26. If you have received a letter from us requesting that you register, please send us copies of supporting documentation to show you are exempt. https://www.sss.gov/register/immigrants/
