No , as u have to provide original supporting evidence to file and u can not do that online when filing as married some here have done MFS without SS or ITIN but you do need to file as Married (single or joint)/ joint gives u double the deduction and any foreign income has a exclusion of $120,000 when using form 2555 if country has tax treaty with the US\\ https://www.irs.gov/businesses/international-businesses/united-states-income-tax-treaties-a-to-z U r living at present outside the US and any foreign income can not be used for supporting the intending immigrant so may as well fill out the 2555

Has there ever been an Islamabad same sex approval?
JeanneAdil replied to Pakyman's topic in Asia: South
This embassy does not seem to treat people with respect during interview as "Loves to Teach" and others can attest to Officers should go by US laws where same sex unions are legal but they tend to follow norms of the country where embassy is located. Loves to teach has gone thru multiple interviews in Pakistan and UAE and still denied. Been on this site since 2009 and not seen any same sex visas approved from your embassy Not a same sex couple myself and husband but our K1 was denied /I believe for age difference and cultural norm that a man in Moroc probably would not marry a widow. Our 1st CR1 also denied and i had to appeal. BTW we still wait for reason the 2009 was denied. don't hold your breath waiting for 1 Officers do look at educational differences , age differences over 10 years, religious difference, Below is a site that is one i refer to for red flag issues for visas (K1 or CR1)/maybe it will help u understand why https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/red-flags-that-make-uscis-suspect-marriage-fraud.html -
duration of their absence from the United States this is the part that is important the child has never lived here and is not absent from but never lived here any of us getting SS benefits will continue to receive them no matter where we live / usually because the payment goes directly to a bank account but u 1st must be eligible for the benefit

A child who has not lived in the U.S. for 5 years can meet the 5-year residency requirement if the parent who is the worker, and the other parent, have both lived in the U.S. for 5 years. However, we will not pay children adopted outside the U.S. while they reside outside the U.S., even if they meet the residency requirement.

If u create a profile timeline and hit the German flag, your post will appear in the German portal i say that is important as i remember about 2 years ago seeing another German post talking about the same issue I tried a search and could not find it but a post in the German portal may get a better answer

https://www.ssa.gov/pubs/EN-05-10137.pdf page 7-8 list countries that are eligible for receiving dependent payments Turkey is not on the list so, payments will not be sent to Turkey but u can apply for the stepchild once he/she is in US Also understand that the full family benefit is limited Each family member may be eligible for a monthly benefit of up to 50 percent of your disability benefit amount. However, there is a limit to the amount we can pay your family. The total varies, depending on your benefit amount and the number of qualifying family members on your record. Generally, the total amount you and your family can receive is about 150 to 180 percent of your disability benefit.

Marriage Certificate
JeanneAdil replied to Me and Mrs AsIkh's topic in Bringing Family Members of US Citizens to America
Important Notice on Missing Documents: If a required document is unavailable per the country-specific guidelines, you do not need to scan the document into your CEAC. However, if you cannot obtain a required document for another reason, you must submit a detailed written explanation to NVC when you scan your other documents. During your visa interview, the consular officer will determine whether you must obtain the missing document before a visa can be issued. As a general rule, any document that is listed as “available” on the country-specific guidelines must be reviewed by a consular officer. Failure to obtain all required documents will delay your case. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-5-collect-financial-evidence-and-other-supporting -
The SSN card has two lines for the NH's name with 26 spaces on the first line for the NH's first and middle names and 26 spaces on the second line for the last name and suffix, if any. Neither the first or last names shown on the SSN card should be reduced in length, unless it exceeds the 26-character limit.Mar 3, 2011 Take a copy of the SS page to SS office and make them correct it https://secure.ssa.gov/poms.nsf/lnx/0110205120#:~:text=The SSN card has two, exceeds the 26-character limit.

marriage certificate in most states list woman's name as her maiden name/ you can use husband's last name on the petition I 485 for applying for green card with proof of the marriage For purposes of requesting immigration benefits, a married person may use a legal married name (spouse’s surname), a legal pre-marriage name, or any form of either (for example, hyphenated name, pre-married name or spouse’s surname). Requestors must submit legal documentation, such as that listed below, to show that the name used is the requestor’s legal name:[2] Civil marriage certificate; https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-1-part-e-chapter-5 Most marriage certificates only list each spouse's name at the time of the marriage and do not list a specific married name.Jan 29, 2024 Or change last name when doing the N400 to naturalize

You submit a copy of the Cambodia birth certifcate with the translattion (which is automatically certified by a qualified transator) Along with copy of national ID (cambodia has the photo of person that is needed ) with the certified English translation. its also good to get POA (power of attorney ) from spouse that allows u to sign the 1040 and deposit the refund since the person is not here to sign either 1040 must be mailed in as IRS wants to see these originals Ask spouse to get these to u ASAP File now for the extension (Taxes due by October) From IRS site https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-news/fs-08-12.pdf yes, u have a 3 year window • Losing your refund. There is no penalty for failure to file if you are due a refund. However, you cannot obtain a refund without filing a tax return. If you wait too long to file, you may risk losing the refund altogether. In cases where a return is not filed, the law provides most taxpayers with a three-year window of opportunity for claiming a refund. things to consider 1. wait time for interview can be long 2. can be denied 3. can be lone AP after interview

Biometrics & Documents
JeanneAdil replied to Black Sand's topic in US Citizenship General Discussion
Yes, you will do new biometrics as the new photo is the one that will be on your naturalization certificate Before u provided a photo / this one is done at USCIS local office they automatically check fingerprints for this to verify ID Bio's are done rather quickly after filing N400 (ours was within 2 weeks) interview is several months later -
