elhamdo allah this spouse visa will take about 2 years so as soon as u can , take the child and visit Morocco or plan to go to be emotional support for his interview even though u can't be inside the embassy for it BUT if u can;t go, he will need originals of the documents u scan to CEAC to NVC site during next step When u get ready to send the original documents for his interview, i found USPS overnight the best / not really overnight as it will take about a week but cheaper than the over hundred dollars the other services want

Under 29 doesn't tell us much How old is he? he is under obligation per (Algeria 1974a, Art. 1) to do military service If older than 30, he is exempt so will he have 30 birthday by interview list of documents needed for spouse visa in Algeria is found on following site https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Supplements/Supplements_by_Post/ALG-Algiers.html for Algeria it says the following If you have served in any country’s military: Military records, English translation, and a photocopy. -

Affidavit of support
JeanneAdil replied to rich rich's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
Determined you were inadmissible on the public charge grounds (INA 212(a)(4)); and Notified you that you may submit a public charge bond. We will reject this form if we have not notified you that you may submit a public charge bond. don't think i have ever heard the bond being offered u can afford a lawyer but think u need a bond?? understand the bond if determined u may use one can be expensive as the amount is determined by the agency i would consider to get a 2nd job or a joint sponsor this is the same lawyer who told u to overstay a tourist visa and AOS -

Adil's visa is in color his photo is in black and white but the following USCIS site says https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/photos.html Your photos or digital images must be: In color your flights to US can be under delays as we have strong winter storms covering almost all the USA hyvää joulua

also let the employer know "they can not ask for your green card" https://www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/employee-rights-and-resources/employee-rights#:~:text=Your%20employer%20must%3A&text=Allow%20you%20the%20choice%20of,or%20to%20relate%20to%20you. these documents that u need now were submitted with the first K1the form G 884 says You should use Form G-884 if you submitted original documents that U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) did not request with a petition, application, or request, and you are now seeking to have those documents returned to you. So, if that petition needed these documents USCIS now owns them also says NOTE: If you submit original documents when not required or requested by USCIS, your original documents may be immediately destroyed after we receive them. And do u keep copies of the 1st K1 that went with these documents as the instructions also say Validity of Signatures. USCIS will consider a photocopied, faxed, or scanned copy of the original, handwritten signature valid for filing purposes. The photocopy, fax, or scan must be of the original document containing the handwritten, ink signature. reading the instructions for the I 884 to the documents back, sounds like impossible since the way i read your posts , u didn't keep copies of the first K1 for yourself or u would have them

15 years ago (2007 or close) we filed by paper with extensive original documents needed for a K1 i know as i did one in 2009 even the Packet 4 for interview was delivered to home of the beneficiary now its all computers do u think USCIS put everything into the system for the over 7 million petitions that come in every year (for the ones dated prior to going completely computerized and online filing? nope !!! your case is somewhere in a office storage box and no USCIS employee has the time to go looking for it

sorry, but it is a big issue to USCIS and Russian Aspect??? we have many here who do K1 or CR1 with Russian fiancee or spouse yeah, harder to do the interview but not impossible and the Russian has not yet done a criminal background / the background check is on you, the USC i did give u info on how to check it and hiring an attorney can't change it / attorneys ask u to give them the documents and they will do waiver or whatever is needed but U still must find out the issue to hand to attorney . its not like Perry Mason where they have a private eye service

CEAC Status REFUSED / Interview said APPROVED
JeanneAdil replied to FarahS's topic in US Embassy and Consulate Discussion
to clarify the site use to use AP but USCIS also uses AP for advance parole to travel before the 10 year green card is issued so, CEAC now used Refused to state the visa is "on hold" till actually issued or denied u r probably going to see issued but it is never guaranteed allah bless u both -
to add why wonder how many K1's u can do if the same issue would come up every time? finish this one with doing what USCIS wants and be with "the right partner"
