you would not pay on foreign income for 2022 as u were not in US until November 7th if u file, u only owe the 55 days income probably nothing we have no tax treaty with Singapore so any foreign income does not qualify for the exclusion (for future reference) https://www.irs.gov/businesses/international-businesses/united-states-income-tax-treaties-a-to-z

as long as it is accredited college and can provide the I 20 To apply for a Community College you usually have to submit the following: The college's application form. Their application fee. Your high school diploma translated to English. A copy of your passport. Proof that you can finance your studies. Proof that you have the required English level, for example a TOEFL or IELTS test. most do not have residence on campus so, u also need to show proof u can afford to live (and the I 20 not mentioned ) and its a great idea to go in this direction as it does save a ton of money study hard and apply for scholarships for the next step

when a USC or LPR moves , they have limited time to change address on DL/ the sponsor needs to do this But understand any documents submitted to NVC need the original at the interview and i doubt this person wants his DL in Moroc while he's drivng in US so, i would suggest a different form of proof -

you have the right to comment till the 6th of March just go to the web page and you will see "submit a comment" we always have 60 window and there is 52 days left I did My feelings were as follows illegals without paying any visa fees are getting pro bono attorneys and if u check the fee schedule , they are eligible for fee waivers i feel for those who have real issues of poverty and fear but we pay thru the nose to cover their costs

N400 waiting for Interview
JeanneAdil replied to AnonymousImmi's topic in US Citizenship Case Filing and Progress Reports
Providence ?? https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/ processing time for N 400 is 16.5 months 1. doesn't delay it to add documents 2. we can't update case status /that is job of immigration -
yep, marry and when NVC has the case, delay it if u have to so the immigrant comes in after 2 year marriage aniversary i couldn't find RoC increases in federal register or cost of ds 160 and ds 260 (if they changed)

OP i can not express enough how important it is for that USC woman to join us here since the processing time for K1 is about the same as the CR1, the new fee proposed schedule fee schedule is the real downside of the K1 AOS is required after marriage in US The total fees for a bundled AOS application (including the I-485, I-131, and I-765) would increase from $1,225 to $2,820. after that the ROC fee to get the 10 year green card is $595 https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2023/01/04/2022-27066/us-citizenship-and-immigration-services-fee-schedule-and-changes-to-certain-other-immigration

Beneficiary's employment
JeanneAdil replied to cinnamorolll's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
Not important -use what u remember but always keep copy of what u fill out to do all the remaining paperwork the USC income is the inportant part for this -
Are u a LPR and have green card or AP u would need a legal signed by him document to take child out of the country If your child is traveling alone, with only one parent, or with a non-legal guardian, they will require a Child Travel Consent signed by both parents or legal guardians. A Child Travel Consent is sometimes called a letter of permission to travel.Jun 21, 2022

Where do I mail the I-129F (split)
JeanneAdil replied to Divine Jolé's topic in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
We can but its best to do a CR1 u need to read instructions for the I 129 as makes a difference what state u r in and we don't know that BTW the AOS after marriage in the US is going up from $1225 to over 2000 (applied for -not approved yet) -
people hurt back when they are hurt themselves its a childish thing to do but understand pain especially emotional pain runs deep block and delete her is the answer
-
So , no big age gap they have the same educational background they speak the same lanuage the family appoves the woman can still have children and so on and so on
-
Good question they are listed on following site https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/red-flags-that-make-uscis-suspect-marriage-fraud.html I still say the USC needs to join here as she will be doing all the work now and there is a ton of information and help here for her and she needs to know "not to respond herself to any messages from this other 1st gf" for instance as American women often think they can handle other women and they can't

Request to Reschedule Oath Taking
JeanneAdil replied to Dee76's topic in US Citizenship General Discussion
Scary to do that USCIS may reschedule you for a later date. If you miss the ceremony two times without an explanation, USCIS will take steps to deny your application. Explanation like weather did not permit or accident or illness , a good reason -
pull that petition get another visit and marry k1 has small chance of approval in tunis embassy and BTW it takes just as long as spouse visa Get the USC gf online here and tell her to talk to us
