  1. they do but the OP says ". I do have my 2021 transcripts but I have my reasons as to why I don’t want to use them. "
  2. Sorry, you can use assets to help suppliment the income but you must still submit tax transcript(s)/ it is a requirement
  3. Abigail, Casa is only hard on cases that they expect are fraud (or suspicious ) The man being older by only a few years is hardly like the young men marrying older women The time spent with him is a big asset / make sure you include copy of boarding passes with your petition and keep future ones for him to take to his interview the unemployment will have no effect either way having additional education after Baccalaureate (high school degree in Morocco) is a big plus Make sure his divorce papers are all in order with needed court stamps and signature(s) When u go to marry , photos of u and family (especially his mom ) are important don't go overboard with photos / around 20 is plenty / i put 3 on 8 x 11 sheet to send in and wrote ID's under each photo with month and year all 3 years don't have to be poverty level or above and u have 2 years to get that amount up to the standards but still lining up the joint sponsor is a great plan/will not affect your application Casa hard -plenty make it thru the process with no issues don't enclose any proofs with your petition that u send money to him BUT its great to have him take English courses even if it costs u Have him take driving classes in Morocco as its a lot cheaper than cost here Everything you need to know to marry in Morocco is on the following site/ the expensive part is the translation of your documents to Arabic ($10 a page can be normal -6 copies of each one) and the travel there and around to Casa, Rabat and back to his city https://ma.usembassy.gov/u-s-citizen-services/local-resources-of-u-s-citizens/marriage-information/
  4. then take all originals to the interview/ it will be up to the CO if they accept the assets or telle u a joint sponsor is needed i would have one lined up
  5. plan on 2 or more Canada is also backed up Last spring they promised it would take less time as filing online would make it more streamlined/haven't seen it happen yet
  6. husband requires CR1 and 125% of poverty level (at the least) Did he include all the proofs for the value of the property which would include: appraised value -bu licensed appaiser ? and all of the following? You may include the net value of your home as an asset. The net value of the home is the appraised value of the home, minus the sum of any and all loans secured by a mortgage, trust deed, or other lien on the home. If you wish to include the net value of your home, then you must include documentation demonstrating that you own it, a recent appraisal by a licensed appraiser, and evidence of the amount of any and all loans secured by a mortgage, trust deed, or other lien on the home. sounds like a joint sponsor is a good idea Please do a timeline on your profile and ID the country
  7. and u need to get the letter from IRS and state why no tax returns Verification of Non-filing Letter - states that the IRS has no record of a processed Form 1040-series tax return as of the date of the request.
  8. And understand the IR 1 will take 2 or more years so she could be back in India that would mean a Canadian police report would be needed before she leaves for home
  9. if u hit the word portal above in the blue bar, it will take u to a page where u can look up Egypt on the right side of the portal for Egypt there are 2 groups (those approved and those with an interview scheduled click on their profiles and go to their timelines / that's the best way to know about wait times for Egypt also read other posts from Egyptian VJ members
  10. spouse needs to send u (the UK) the original I 864 and IRS transcript (all pages even if they do not correspond to her tax status) or copy of 1040 with W2(s), any 1099 or 1099R if submitted with latest tax returns , u need you criminal report , birth certificate and marriage certificate need to be originals plus any other documents submiitted to NVC but her US domcile would be a copy a few photos and / or copies of boarding pass(es) Don't expect the CO to actually look at these
  11. follow crazy cat's advice marry and apply as all the fees for fiancee visa are in the process of approval to go up make sure u have done US tax returns have a US residency established the kids have their US passports and quickest ??? does not exist in immigration
  12. Why not apply for the family reunifcation and the humanitarian parole? https://www.uscis.gov/humanitarian/humanitarian-parole/the-cuban-family-reunification-parole-program
  13. This question is important Only USC can withdraw if no chance to make the marriage work , withdraw it, as he could be approve , have a green card and divorce here leaving u stuck for the sponsorship you can think about this and let it go to NVC and withdraw it there BTW most Moroccan are honest and if he says 'he wants a divorce, he does Another petition? same country? Why? learn this lesson and get to know the next one better
  14. Senator can't really help they will get same messages u get saying "reviewing the documents " Please do a timeline many of us rely on looking at the timeline to best answer questions especially when u ID the country/embassy
  15. try sending message thru Emma?? https://www.uscis.gov/tools/meet-emma-our-virtual-assistant
  16. twice as much money and can't support her? leave the house see a divorce attorney be prepared to pay alimony and still be responsible to mortgage company for the house u bought together /not paying for this will ruin your credit New wife? u will not be able to afford one not with the cost of the house , an apartment to live in (all your new bills), the alimony , a trip to marry a new wife, the immigration fees YEAH WOW no one has to stay married but no way can u afford what u plan to do and it takes 2 years or more to go thru the process for a new spousal visa /about the same with a K1 and chances this could be denied? very high BTW if there is any way this new woman and u were already married when u go the CR1 to come, that is marriage fraud and grounds for citizenship to be reoked Another way in which an immigration application based on marriage will be considered fraudulent is if it isn't legally valid. Say, for example, that you are already married to another person, and were never able to get a legal divorce. Even if you truly love your new spouse, this current marriage is invalid. Applying for U.S. lawful permanent residence (a green card) on the basis of an invalid marriage is, indeed, considered fraudulent. Even if you get away with it in the short term, your green card and eventual U.S. citizenship could be taken away on the basis of this fraud. https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/free-books/fiance-marriage-visa-book/chapter1-6.html
  17. The plan was that online petitions would speed the process we use to have to send originals (paper file) and include all pages of our passports that was the plan announced back in the spring of 2022 has it helped???? don't see it did
  18. needed to get approval of tourist visa 1 job 2. money to make the trip (his own money) 3. own property in his country 4 no letter of invitation 5. no ties to a bf here u have met,, apply for the K1 to marry here / that has a bigger chance of an approval if u have the needed income to support the visa and him
  19. as long as u applied while residing 3 months in the judisdiction and can return for the interview , then it shouldn't but make sure the biometrics are done before u leave
  20. Would the following be an issue as the other VJ members were married and then husband went to prison (like the one who came and MIL was helping her AOS since Texas allows kisses and hand holding and only a 4 hour visit if traveling over 250 miles? The marriage must be legally valid in the jurisdiction where it occurred and the couple must consummate the union after the marriage. Specifically, the couple must have had sexual relations after the marriage took place.Mar 8, 2022 how would he do the I 864? does he have a joint sponsor? is he is prison for any offense that would make the visa application denied?
  21. visa prioitys often change in the summer student visa interviews are pushed and right now Immigration is dealing with Ukraine and whatever they come up with for all the new illegals streaming in and its only going to get worse at the Mexico /Us border as the arrest of Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzmán, has led to riots in mexico driving decent citizens to flee
  22. me too as they are already so far behind and they were before covid in 2009 i applied July 1 for K1 and interview was in November -less than 5 months from PD to interview i don't see that possible anymore
