    you are overthinking this commingling of finances is not needed unless immigration feels the marriage is suspect he can add u to his tax return with a W7 and supporting evidence /that will help show marriage is real

    Depends very much on the country/CO usually do not look at evidence bought to interview and for high fraud countries , photos are a plus go to office depot with some photos and ask them to put on 8 x 11 sheet OR fiancee can take to interview we don't know your country as there is no info on profile

    not knowing your state , u should google this info your wife does not have to leave your living quarters and she left family, friends and home to be with u so go lightly and understand that some states u need to be legally separated for a year before court will grant a divorce

    You do need to read both company's policy and/or your contract if u signed one Either of them could have a stipulation about "outside work" especially if they are in competition for any contracts

    if u didn't sign a release form for Congressman to get status updates of the case , then no he/she did nothing they need to see your ID and have u sign a release form Don't what is he becomes a USC and wants to apply for a family member u need some of that info/ espeially dates are hard to remember

    On your printer scan 2 or 3 photos to 8x11 sheet of paper /easier for USCIS to scan those to computer Under each photo I added a date and ID'd the people

    Yeah, i am talking about some airline people who don't seem to know my german and fillipino wife both had US visas as he worked and owned a house here but it was Southeastern air that said she couldn't travel (atlanta to Mexico) without a mexican visa so, print out that page and take it to airline registration

    i believe they link at NVC by not paying the 2 fees till the other gets there To me it makes sense to do the 2 petitions together linking the background for both at same time but i talked to 1 lady who just retired from a immigration subcontractor and she said when its parent and child or 2 parents, everything is done separate and the same backgrounds are double work I mean USCIS can link a petition for a LPR for spouse and children /why not for a USC? Guess its the double fees they go for

    what i am saying is the case is totally separate and best place people connect them is at NVC stage /they are not connected now many a case has seen one go thru and get to NVC while the other lags behind And read your receipt, if its like mine (years ago so they could have changed the wording ) it says do not contact them /they will let u know if they need anything But if u can actually get thru to an officer then i applaud u as this is the hard part /they don't usually take calls, answer questions about a case or give out details /and that makes it so very frustrating Best to all of u

    Are the petitions at the same USCIS office? you won't get anywhere trying to call USCIS and ask for a I 129, the CR2/IR2 needs its own I 129 U applied 3/13/23 and in all fairness this will still take time

    says u can travel to Mexico with valid US visa but i know someone who was stopped from getting on the plane (husband -german and she -fillipino) so check this out

    pick the start of relationship page shows date and a few lines a few lines from chats over the relationship (not all chats) fit just a few lines from important dates like holidays for instance (with computer date ) on pages if anyone looks and reads them (CO later for interview) it will be to see how fast love was declared

    Tried reading thru the list of messages u posted and did not see what country makes a difference as they have various was to return passports with visas and please do a timeline. iD the country so all this goes into the portal for your country to help others with same or similiar issues

    get yourself out and to social services to take him to family court for child support non custodial parent pays child support Most Battered women shelters have pro bono lawyers to help BTW even a small child (a baby) will act as scared of a person when they hear yelling and relate it to the person's voice judges take note of these things
