  1. The site to check your visa status now is the following change it to IV in the 1st box and put in your info https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?App=NIV then if it says denied , use the DOS site to send the message about wanting your passport back
  2. Pull up the following site https://register.state.gov/contactus/ContactUsForm and report this issue to DOS Don't show anger just state that u need your passport BIG BUT USCIS does not have control so not sure why it would say they returned the case REFUSED does not mean refused / it means the case is going thru additional security checks only the word denied on CEAC site means "u will not get K1 visa" so, its not denied and not approved at this point/case is in limbo And with the earthquake and possibility of more strong aftershocks, US is warning us to not travel to Turkey plus the major airline, Turkish Airlines, still cancels many flights AND USC needs E visa to travel there and in lieu of earthquakes they may not issue this visa
  3. https://sa.www4.irs.gov/irfof/lang/en/irfofgetstatus.jsp the full site to check

  6. Nigeria doesn't offer DCF Nigeria is not one of the country with a USCIS field office so they do not offer DCF .
  7. yes, last time i used it was 2009 for a K1 but not needed in 2010 for a spouse visa
  8. Read the site / a USC would file a I 130 for spouse visa and we no longer do G 325 for spouse visa USC needs to follow the guides above to apply for I 130 The U.S. Embassy in Abuja does not accept immigrant visa petitions.
  9. If the father is USC and working to pay into SS ,the child should be getting SSI and that is not government assistance This would include medicare and father should be paying child support Children with disabilities may be eligible for monthly SSI payments from Social Security.
  10. this is easier If you live outside of Morocco: You can apply at your nearest Moroccan embassy or consulate or by proxy to the local police station (not Service central des casiers judiciaires at Place de la Mamounia in Rabat) To apply by proxy, you must provide the following documents: A notarized proxy A photocopy of your birth certificate A photocopy of the first page of your passport A photocopy of the page of your passport that shows the date of your most recent entry into Morocco Applicable fees
  11. your past posts say Philippines so for normal timeframe the following site says 144 days for Manila if another embassy use the site to find wait times /for expedite medical emergency , follow advice from last post https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/wait-times.html
  12. UK members can address this question better since your profile indicates that is fiancee's country
  13. Moroccan can request it online with the proper proofs of moroccan ID
  14. ds 156 is the correct form not tourist visa
  15. Complete and submit Form DS-156, Nonimmigrant Visa Application, together with other supporting materials, such as the letter of invitation from your sick relative and proof of ties to your home country as evidence that you plan on returning upon finishing your stay in the U.S., to the U.S. Embassy in your country. You will find an electronic copy of Form DS-156 in the resources section. but tourist visa is the wrong one/ they need ds 156
  16. i read that but the USC can hire someone here to tend to his needs and this consulate is Nigeria hate to say this but its not like EU consulates he can keep trying but he in in Nigeria and what congressman can he contact for help? From Casa 1. USC and moroccan living in Moroc/ she got cancer and came home for treatment CO denied him a visa to even see her in hospital (even with letters from drs and hospital) and again he was denied to attend her funeral 2. The family of the Morccan girl who was killed here wanted uncle to accompany her body home and a TN judge and police requested a visa be granted for him and he was denied We are high fraud countries and sxxt happens ??????
  17. it is work to care for a person's needs whether it is clean for them, cook for them or feed them especially when a person needs help by being a paraplegic that is total care and how many times have we read here, a mother can not get a tourist visa to help care for a new grandchild as it's work someone else can do.
  18. If Casa accepts your request to transfer case for interview, he needs a criminal report from Spain for the interview so he should request it before he leaves If interviews in Spain , he needs the Spainish police clearance (report) and the 2 from Morocco Police certificate (fiche anthropometrique) and English translation Court record (casier judiciare) and English translation In Morocco, a police clearance certificate can only be requested from the police office of the applicant's residence district. It is usually issued within 48 hours. For the police certificate to be valid in abroad, it needs to be notarized by the embassy of that country, or by the Moroccan embassy.
  19. if there is spouse petition in the system (or K1) CBP can turn a person away as it may look like the immigrant has intent to stay in US and Adjust status all crossings are up to CBP
  20. Denied by CO as she can't come on B1/B2 and work not even taking care of family member like all those mothers who want to come and help with a new baby
  21. you should check out the deductable in your policy for child birth It is expensive in the US to have a baby and understand CBP may not let a pregnant woman who has a spouse visa petition in the computer cross into US Canadian insurance may be a better idea You can add her to policy with life changing event (30 or 60 depending on policy) marriage is one, birth of baby is another and moving to US would be another Permanent residents in Canada qualify for provincial/territorial health insurance, but they should apply as soon as possible after arriving, and there can be a waiting period.
