When you AOS you must have the medical information from your prior visit if she did one in Pakistan. I know she can get a supplement for the shots since the medical is good for one year from the date.

You can aldo contact the county office and get teh shots from there, it will save you some $$ when you get the I-693a done by the civil surgeon
