    my mum got approved on on 2 may 2024 paid her fees waiting for error to go so i can feel in the DS260 and rest but dad is still in USCIS. shows 6 months timeframe. dont know what to do.

    guys i am unable to fill in my DS260 forms or any others forms needed to be. I paid my fees and since monday i am unable to log in, gives me URL error message. anyone facing this. please let me know. thanks. also my mum got her approval on 2 may but dad is still no approved. dont know why its taking long for him. applied for both on same day 22 april 2023. has anyone had anything like this.

    my mum got approved on 2 may 2024 and i received email on 7 may 2024. physcial letter came a week later. my dad is still no approved. filled for both of them on same day april 22 2023. i dont know its taking long for him. i also paid my fees on 11 may 2024 and now since monday i cant login to feel in the DS260 or any other forms. It gives me URL not registered error. anyone facing this.

    were you able to complete you process. i have issue where i paid the fees and now it doesnt let me log in since monday. keep saying URL not registred.

    I am facing same issue now. I paid fees on april 11 2024. its been a week and nothing. everytime i try to login using firefox. chrome, edge, mobile and another devise all leads me to URL was rejected. I even send the screenshots of error using the public inquiry thing but no result. i dont know how else to contact them. can someone help me with a phone number or an email that i can use. its very frustrating. you are ready to follow up on the next step but stuck because of this log in error.

    just received emails for my sister (married) and mother got their i130 approval but not fathers. There is pdf files in the document section. i had applied on 4-21-23 for both parents i had applied on 5-15-23 for my sister (married)

    I too have my us passport and naturalization certificate but I am only going to send my certificate and not the passport.

    Yes when I went to the interview they asked for originals. My husband when he filled for me he was a us citizen but didn’t have his passport so obviously I didn’t take that. But the rest of the documents my husband did send it to me. I would not send the passport though. I am not sure if you can get all your documents notorised kind of thing and then send those as a true copy.

    No not the passsport but like other documents like birth certificate, marriage certificate stuff like that

    No not your us passport but your naturalization certificate, tax document, name change certificate if any, if any letter from your work stating you work here.

    This is true. When I went in my interview I had to take all the original and you have to mail all the original stuff to your parents.

The cases still shows actively reviewed by USCIS. If anyone got any update and filled in April please share. Thank you.

    if he becomes citizen of canada, will he still be going to india for interviews and all that.

    My brother is a permanent resident of canada and still holds indian passport and is married too. I am a US citizen and want to file for him. how can i do that. if i also am able to do it i think it will take 15 years. what is the fastest way to get him here. he holds visiting visa for the USA too and has been here twice already for long weekends. also if i file for him does he gets interview in canada or he will have to travel to india. please someone help or direct me to correct thread. thanks a ton.

    someone please help. on the application form it asks for signature too, do i have to sign. i dont think so. and in the checklist it asks for my applicant name, email, mobile no., passport no. (i assume this is indian passport no#). do i also sign the renunciation certificate i have to send (2 copies) by the way i am filing online sending through postal.

    i live and work in US. the status still shows 5 and 6 months.

    my parents are in India. checked my parents file status and they both have changed from 11 - 13 months to 6 months.

    i am not very sure but if this is the first time you are filing for your mother then your answer should have been a no as you have never filed for her. if she entered USA through any other visa and that was filed by you then your answer should be a yes. i assume this is the very first application you are making for your mother ever. again dont take this very accurate as i can definately be wrong and not understanding your situation.
