    I am here with you. 266 days my ROC application status is still the same as "Case was received". I will be eligible to apply for citizenship in less than 60 days and this makes me joyful. I have heard that a lot of people have no updates on their removal of conditions applications up until citizenship interview and then approved for both. According to Visa Journey timelines citizenship process takes 3-6 months these days.

    I have a similar situation however I am a citizen of Ukraine and traveled to Ukraine and Poland. I always book my tickets for my maiden name and when at the airport I show an officer my green card and marriage certificate. I never had any troubles. CBR officers were very nice to me and I think they know that most marriage-based green card holders have this situation.

    I have looked VisaJourney N400 timelines and and it looks like the whole process takes a couple of month. Also I talked to a lady another night who just had Oath ceremony August 24th, she applied in May 2023. Another friend also told me it was fast for her. Plus 2024 is an election year so they will make it even faster. So will see🙂

    No updates to my case as well. I am just chilling while waiting until I will eligible to apply for citizenship in January. Citizenship processing takes 2-4 months these days.

    Your extention letter means that your green card is still valid with it so any countries that are not required a visa if you have a green card will be good to go to without a visa but you will need to bring your green card and extention letter.

    There are very small chances that your fiancee will be able to get B1 visa as this visa has the highest denial rate, especially if previously denied for the U.S. visa. Consulate officers will see obvious immigration intent looking your case as previously denied for K1 visa. Also, even if she would get it USCIS do not like adjustments from B1 to family based green card. The best advice is to marry outside of the United States and apply for CR-1 visa. It might take longer but is the most right legal way according to your circumstances as i think.

    I see that most of people apply for a citizenship when eligible and gettting their I-751 form approved on the day of their citizensip interview. There is no reason to wait until removing of conditions is approved.;)

    Good morning! Today I also received my extention letter for the second time. So I think this way they probably make sure that applicant received a document. Good for me as my green card expired on April 8th. I can use this extra copy for travel. No biometrics or other letter yet. I searched other month filers and most of them got their green card approved at the date of citizenship interview. So now at least I know what to expect. My friend got her second green card in 2021 within 5 month so will see how it goes;)

    There was no indication of biometric reusage in my letter as well. Might be coming later.

    Yesterday 3/9/2023 I finally received a physical copy of my NOA-1 with an extention for 48 month. 😊 I sent paperwork 02/18, 02/23-case received. The letter came from the local processing center in Lee Summit, MO.

    I just called USCIS and they gave me receipt number that online says Case was received. I sent it 02/18/23 they received 02/22/2023, notice issued on 02/23/2023 and I am still waiting for notice in mail. The representative told me to call them back if I would not receive it by next Wednesday. My receipt number starts with SRC so it is Texas Service Center.

    My status on USPS changed today saying that it has been delivered on 02/22. It was not updated on their system.

    It is possible. NOA means that they received it at processing it. They might ask you for additional documents in the future.

    I sent my application to Arizona on Saturday and it got there on Wednesday night. I sent it with priority mail USPS. It says the third day that it is available for pick up and no other updates. Did anybody had the same experience?

    It says on their website that biometric fees are non-refundable regardless if they took fingerprints or not. We all still need to pay it because it is required.
