It would be interesting to know what service center these are being processed/approved from. Whether it is those cases generally or only from one of the centers.

This been like 2 years ago, but I found that asking for "technical assistance" during the prompts got me a live agent. I'm not sure if that still works, but may still be worth an attempt!

Ugh, I'm sorry you have to deal with this. Maybe try to get a higher tire officer call you? The normal agents usually aren't super helpful.

Did you ever receive a case number/NOA1? Have they charged your card/cashed the check? Maybe they never got the package...

Ours was labeled "USCIS (Phoenix Lockbox)." It may differ depending on the CC? Not sure. We used Discover.

Pretty sure there are multiple people on here that got the letters on different days, so no cause to worry! It's in the nature of USPS that letters may not move through the system at the same speed, even if sent from the same place.

That sounds like the National Benefits Center is your service center. I didn't know they process I-751s... I know some I-751 get transferred to the NBC after you file your N-400, but I didn't know they also process them before that.

1. I'm not sure why some people get a 'biometrics reused' and others not. My assumption is that it has to do with the how long it was since biometrics were last taken, but I'm not sure. 2. You can find your service center on the bottom of your NOA1 (the 48 months extension letter). It should tell you where it is processed.

I get the same message and my I-751 does no longer show up! So assume that's a glitch?

Of course! I got the Nebraska Service Center. I thought California is generally the quickest? Maybe I'm wrong.

We got an IOE number for our 751 as well! They'll send you the access code in a separate letter. And you can see your service center on the NOA1.

It may just be a fluke. Hoping otherwise, but not expecting it.

I was not able to add the case to my online account yet (still missing the code letter). Once I have that, I'll let you know!

Hallo ihr Lieben! Ich habe jetzt auch letzte Woche mein ROC losgeschickt. Das wird auf jeden Fall spannend wie das mit dem Reisen funktioniert... Ich glaube, ich werde schon versuchen eine Beibehaltungsgenehmigung zu beantragen. Ich bin im Moment nämlich am Jura studieren und werde nächstes Jahr fertig und viele gute Stellen, vor allem mit der Regierung, sind nur für Staatsbürger offen. Ich habe schon zwei Absagen wegen fehlender Staatsbürgerschaft bekommen. Wie das alles genau geht weiß ich noch nicht. Da werde ich mich diesen Sommer mal drum kümmern. Ich bin sehr glücklich hier in Virginia. Es is wunderschön. Man hat hier auch schöne Jahreszeiten. Und ich hatte auch total Glück mit dem Studium, weil ich hier fantastische Freunde machen konnte. Ansonsten stelle ich mir dass auch ganz schön schwierig vor. Mein Mann ist seit Januar jetzt im Militär. Das ist eine ganz schöne Umstellung. Wir müssen jetzt auch für ein Jahr Fernbeziehung machen, bis ich mit dem Studium fertig bin. Das nervt schon ein bisschen, aber so ist das wenn beide Karriere wollen. 😅 Ich hoffe euch geht as auch allen gut! Ich finde es schön ab und zu mal wieder von euch zu hören.

Did they tell you why the packet was rejected or did you actively try and find out why?

It was delivered 03/06 and I'm not worried yet! This is purely for my education/setting expectations. Yes, I'm just curious about the timeline.

I'm talking about not even getting NOA1 and not getting a charge on your credit card.
