    I see that you have a July appointment for your fiance. We have just submitted our ds-160 including fee payment but have not received email from the embassy acknowledging that we are able to schedule and giving us appointment options. Our packet left nvc on 5/28. Thanks any suggestions would be appreciated. Good luck to you.

      Well, you will have to go back to the Manila embassy scheduling page.  Need a profile there and then enter your payment receipt number.  The website says it will be available to use receipt number 4 hours after you pay, but that’s bunk.  Takes at least 24 hours.  Just keep trying to enter it and then all of a sudden, like magic, it works and you can schedule your interview appointment.

      I was able to schedule by calling the Manila embassy and scheduled the appointment over the phone. Next step scheduling medical. Thanks for ur help
