    We are filing concurrently from within the US: June 14, 2024: Submitted I-130 / I-485 packets June 20, 2024: Case accepted July 9, 2024: Biometrics appointment March 17, 2024: Received email notice and USCIS case status was updated to "Interview Was Scheduled" Now we wait for the paper notice in the mail.

    Hello! I am a US citizen, married to a Canadian. We were married in 2019, and in 2020 he came to stay with me in the US for what we expected to be a couple weeks, but he ended up never leaving and has since overstayed. We filed I-130 / I-485 concurrently in June 2024, and as of today we got a notification in our USCIS account that "Interview was scheduled" although we haven't received the notice in the mail yet with date. I was struggling a little bit to understand how to do my timeline here on VisaJourney as a concurrent filer, so just wanted to ask here. Thanks!
