Denied at Interview

Wanted to give an update. We got married didnthe i130 and was approved. He is now in the US. Covid pushed the process back a little but it went smoothly. We just loaded a lot documentation and also a affidavit stating the mistake and him taking full ownership. Since people never update I thought I would. -

Hello My fiance had an interview and was denied based on a previous visitors visa that stated he was married. We provided paperwork stating that was not valid. He was still refused. I'm trying to figure out what can we do and if there is a next step. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
