  1. Hi everyone, we're submitting the N-400 for my wife based on the 3 year rule. Her I-751 is currently pending and I wonder what evidence we will need to submit for N-400 application. I'm thinking of ONLY submitting evidence since the I-751 submission, should I include evidence before I-751 also? Below is our list: Attachment of expired green card Marriage certificate 3 years tax return Property taxes Car insurance Home insurance Health insurance Sample utility bills Sample bank statements Thanks!
  2. Hi everyone, I (US citizen) am currently preparing form i-751 for my wife (conditional resident), I am filling out the form for my wife, should I list myself as the preparer and sign part 10 of the form? This would mean I will be signing both part 8 and 10. I'm not sure if I should sign as a preparer since we are filing jointly. If I should sign part 10 of the form, should I also fill be my name in Part 7 (Part 7 is for the petitioner, my wife) item 2 where it says "I have requested services of and consented to, ___My Full Name___ who is not an attorney or accredited representative, preparing this petition for me." Thank you!
