A friend of mine is filing EB2-NIW from outside the US. He is worried that if the receipt notice is sent to his country, it may get lost on the way and he will never receive the documents. I live in the US, In the mailing address section in form I-140, can he use my home address as his mailing address, so that I can receive is receipt notice. Thanks.
