  1. I can see from my limited research some offices hold joint interview and oath ceremonies. My office is SRC El Paso Texas, does anyone know if this office typically does the same day oath? Its a 12 hour round trip drive for me!
  2. Bio taken today. Case has updated immediately to 'case being actively worked on' Assume next step is interview being scheduled?
  3. Received my 48 month extension letter 4-5 weeks after filing my N400. July 21 ROC filer
  4. With my AOS I seem to remember attending the bio early as a walk in prior to the date. Am I able to do the same with the n400 bio?
  5. I submitted my N400 around 5 weeks ago under the 3 year rule, meanwhile I had a ROC case that had not moved since July 2021. I have had a notice saying my ROC biometrics are to be used and the online status is shown as "fingerprints taken" I have received a separate notice on my n400 for a biometric appointment in a weeks time. Is this normal? Nothing odd about my case, married still together etc.
  6. Yep there is just no telling. Glad both our journeys are in the final stages. Your time lime is very similar to mine right from the K1 stage. Good luck!
  7. Congrats on receiving it. I have the same SC and filed a few months before you yet nothing. I can see you have recently filed for N400 so perhaps that pushed it through? I filed my N400 a couple weeks a go now so I am hoping for some progress soon
  8. Not me, July 21 filer. Seems like some who filed after me have received theirs though. I have recently filed for n400 so hoping that pushes it along some what
  9. They are being sent out automatically. I have not received mine (filed July 21) but was told by a number of people on the forum we should receive them.
  10. Checked with the USCIS today and the notifications I received were for my ROC March 6, 2023 Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken March 6, 2023 We transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, to another USCIS office that now has jurisdiction over your case. What is the next step for the n400, interview arranged?
  11. Finally got around to filing my N400 last week. I can see my ROC has now moved to a different office, is this normal? My original office was SRC and I have not received any updates since filing in July 21
  12. El Paso Texas is where I went for my AOS
  13. Hello Rocio, my field office is SRC.
  14. I was eligible to file months ago so perhaps is not that glitch. This morning I had another e-mail saying an action has been taken but no apparent changes to either my pending ROC (filed in July 21) or my N400. Weird. I understand this is a very vague question, but what is the time line for N400 approvals with ROC pending. I can see from my group of ROC filers quite a few have been approved under 6 months!
  15. I filed July 21 and have a 24 month extension letter. Am I correct in saying that I should expect another extension letter coming?
  16. OK great. That would be helpful, save me a 4 hr round trip at least. Thanks for your help
  17. HI Mike, I just have a receipt notice dated yesterday. I was able to see this there yesterday also.
  18. Yesterday I finally filed my N400 (green card through marriage 3 year rule) since my ROC has been stuck with SRC offices since July 21 with no movement. This morning I got an email saying there has been an action on my case. I have logged into MY USCIS and don't see any changes on the case history only or case status since yesterday. Is this a delayed e-mail for my 'case was received and a receipt notice was sent' notification' or should I be expecting something else? Thanks
