    He entered through Mexico, most of the immigrants that came to the US through Mexico-Texas in 2019 were not paroled, they were thrown in jail and the released to see a judge and apply for asylum, which he did but the COVID hit and courts were delayed, cases were taking longer than expected and his case took about 5 years to be released from court..... he got a letter from immigration Judge stating that his case was dismissed and no deportation was ordered............he did apply for greencard....

    He came in 2019, he applied for asylum but his case was dismissed and no deportation was issued, the judge dismissed his case but won`t be deported.... can he apply for green card?

    My husband is from Cuba and is in the USA, will be applying for green card, can he add his underage daughter who is in Cuba to the application?
