    @Boiler My husband came here in 2019 on fiancé visa, since then he has received his green card and is about to apply for his citizenship. At that time he came here the child’s mother did not allow for him to come here to live with his father (my husband) she wanted him to be a bit older. Finally, we are at the place to start the process but not sure what the fastest way it would be.

    I am US citizen, husband is GC holder and will be applying for Citizenship soon. What would be the fastest way to bring my stepson to US. Do I petition for my stepson. Or does my husband petition while having GC or does he wait until he has citizenship to apply and would the child become citizen immediately. Can the child come here on tourist visa and then apply for green card while here
