Hi Family, My GC (VAWA) was approved 3 years ago. I am about to start my process of naturalization. In the light of new changes and this new administration, what should I prepare? I also got married 1 year ago. Is it going to impact my application of N-400? I do not have any new evidences of my previous bonafide marriage. The evidence, I submitted with my original I-360 form is enough or not ? I am very little worried about my situation. I had I-485 interview too. The officer only asked about my I-485. They did not ask about anything related to abuse and marriage. Now, I reading on multiple platforms that USCIS checks the validity of marriage and abuse if you apply under 3 year rule. Should I gather new evidences such as calling my friends again and relatives?
