Hi, The petitioner is a US citizen and the visa category is an F3. The petition is for the Son and their spouse and children. That child now has their own children and is unmarried.

Hi everyone, I am helping a family member and basically was successfully able to bring back to the light their family petition that had been lost in the darkness of the USCIS filing system. The i-130 is with NVC and am working on the CEAC website to submit documentation. What came also to light is that the Petitioner's grandchild has had children in the last 18 years since it had been filed and am looking for advise on if I can add those children to the ds-260? Granddaughter is not married and has 2 children under 18.
