I entered US Sept 2003 on L1-B visa.
Met my boyfriend Jan 2005. He moved in Jan 2006.
His divorce came thru 9 Feb 2007. Mine is still processing in South Africa. Hoping to have it finalized by 5 April 2007.
My employment is ending 21 April 2007.
Hoping to marry before then! :-))
My tight timeline is causing me great anxiety, as I do not want to have to go back to the UK to file for K3 there :-(.
Fast forward 6 years....We were married 18 April 2007 and I received my green card on 22 Sept 2007. Now it's time to be naturalized....
On Mar 28th, 2014, I became a US citizen! Yeah :-).
