    the only letter I see is receipt notice that was issued immediately after I filed for N400. letter says that i will get biometrics notice from USCIS

    your 30 months would be summer 2024.

    I am not sure if you can renew i785 based on c09 since you already have approved vawa. But confirm with others You need to submit i785 to vermont service center if renewing through c09. Just attach your pending i485 form receipt approximately 20 to 24 months. in case of RFE, it can take longer. I see members who are waiting for more than 3 years

    if you have paid for I485, then no fee.. only i485 receipt

    Submit form I765 and I131. make sure you sign both the forms Attach 4 pics (2 for each form) Old EAD/Combo card copies I485 pending receipt
