    Bring your passport, birth certificate, ID card, green card, divorce decree, current marriage certificate and tax returns. they won't ask anything about vawa. Good Luck

    You should send medicals when requested. i do remember we used to chat about our vawa. I filed on Dec 2017. Vawa approved in 2019 and GC in 2021

    Guys interview is next week I am bringing gc, passport, divorce decree and tax documents. Any other documents i need to bring? i am currently married should I bring current marriage certificate? Also, any past documents related to VAWA?

    She only asked a simple question. On your initial post, you just mentioned you applied vawa because your ex withdraw i485 which is insufficient information and no abuse mentioned.

    I believe there is a way to contact tier 2 person. Don't add your vawa case otherwise you will ask to write to Vermont. Select other options you may get titer 2 representative. this is what I used to do as well. I don't remember the process

    @Sandra G. Hello Sandra. I did receive my N400 interview notice based on VAWA. ON letter, it says any evidence of Selective Service Registration. I never signed up or registered for this because I was ineligible for registration. I came on F1 visa at age of 24 and my ex spouse filed for my marriage based GC when I was age 26 or 27. Yes i was out of status after our marriage. do you think it may cause any issue at interview?

    yes you can apply for it. Yes they usually don't cash checks unless all forms are completed and signed
